Back again with another question. Do you know which setting in GPxPatch enables the displaying of the laptime during qualifying and then gap between the cars during the race/lapchart etc It was working fine and somehow i seem to have disabled it. Fixed it, found the key bindings in GPxPatch had turned off the info by mistake ingame. D'oh..by nvooght - Grand Prix 3
Perfect thanks Orloff for the info, and shlund for the final tip closing gp3 edit worked a treat. Can now enjoy my 1991 seasonby nvooght - Grand Prix 3
Thanks, I did try to fix that by painting over the purple bits on the bitmap, however the only issue now is that the tyre is reflecting the livery of the car from the onboard shots and not the bitmap at all. Kind of looks like it drove over the paint for the car.. :| And for some reason installing the updated textures seem to be ignored, likewise still the case when i've installedby nvooght - Grand Prix 3
So simple and so obvious. That seems to have sorted it, only thing now is the old purple band around the outside of the tyre, but at least it's playable. Thanksby nvooght - Grand Prix 3
Thanks for the suggestions, I have managed to find all of the bitmaps in the correct folders (Main and TechJam) so it sounds like they are all there but the game just isn't registering themby nvooght - Grand Prix 3
Hello, I've re-installed GP3 for the first time on Windows 10 in many many years, however I tried following the guide from the first page and i'm wondering if anyone has ever had an any issues similar to me. When I play the game no tyres or from the cockpit front of the car is rendered, the track is a washed out sky blue colour and the skybox is missing, performance wise it seemsby nvooght - Grand Prix 3
The difference with Ricciardo driving the HRT to Senna and Chandok is that Red Bull have bigger plans for him and only want him to drive in F1 before that happens, whereas with Senna etc they had to drive for their careers.by nvooght - F1
I thought the Toyota engine was generally accepted to be the worst (least powerful) on the grid at the time... BMW were more succesful when they were teamed with Williams than when they tried to do it on their own despite the 2007-2009 period having a single dominant team. So one wonders how Williams would have done in 2006 onwards if they had BMW... That said i dont think the chassis inby nvooght - F1
Well as a Williams fan im hopeful that the new engine and partnership can be a success, podium finishes would be nice next year certainly doesnt look like one will happen this season.by nvooght - F1
To be fair though, that would be a good thing for them.by nvooght - F1
Its another case of someone telling Lewis later on he shouldnt have said what he said.by nvooght - F1
To be honest Massa was unlucky in his incident, but those things happen sometimes when its wet and dry on the track.by nvooght - F1
Feel sorry for Di Resta having that penalty, don't see any point in penalising someone when they make a tiny error that costs them big time but doesnt effect anyone else, (didnt damage the renault) Great drive from Button albeit lucky with some of the safety cars stopping Vettel from having a big lead over him for his various incidents in the early part of the race etc. Really wantedby nvooght - F1
Hartley was dropped by RedBull last year, so its not going to be him.by nvooght - F1
So basicly all this has done is made Formula 1 look stupid and probably shows the FIA don't really know their own rulebook.by nvooght - F1
Whilst i dont agree with the race being held in Bahrain. But like alot of people I watch F1 for F1 and so will watch any race thats on tv.by nvooght - F1
I wouldnt rate Grosjean on his time in F1. Hes a lot better than it appears just looking at those few races.by nvooght - F1
He never set a competitive laptime because of the queue...so silly. They should have done what the Formula Renault 3.5s did and had a split qualy to half the number of cars.by nvooght - F1
The thing is though, Im not sure it was a joke originally. Now he has to claim it was a joke however.by nvooght - F1
At the start of the GP2 race yesterday both Sam Bird P2 and Jules Bianchi P4 had poor starts, I wonder if Rosberg will be able to jump up to 2nd ahead of Webber.by nvooght - F1
I think it makes the car look nicer without it... An exciting race lots of action going on all the time.by nvooght - F1
Actually I dont think he plans to give up rallying, but he has alot of free time to do some Nascar races.by nvooght - F1

Does the pole position side have the inside line into turn one? Also could see Kobi being a good number 2 driver for one the top teams one day. Would be be great stuff.by nvooght - F1

Well Jonathan Ross doesnt work for the BBC anymore so surely some of his money could go towards the coverage..... I agree though about the presenters getting way to much, and also I dont actually know anyone who watches athletics, complete waste.by nvooght - F1
Do not want them to go Nascar style, however a number on the rear wing endplates is always welcome.by nvooght - F1
Well the HRT is still last seasons car though. If the Bahrain test is not replaced we could see HRT drive their new car for the first time at the first race like last year.by nvooght - F1
As you say its just fanboys....they are oblivious to the anything else.by nvooght - F1
I think it seems radical to people who dont follow the sport constantly because the sidepods are different to what is common these days. If Luizzi signs for HRT all he is doing is extending his F1 career by a season in the knowledge that nobody else wants him. (Unless HRT having something amazing that he has seen...)by nvooght - F1
