I'd give Rosberg a good shot. But I feel that might be a mistake for him on the longer term. RedBull is clearly built around a few talents (most notably Vettel and Newey) and as soon as they leave, I can see RedBull slipping down the order.
But who else is realistically going to get that seat? I can't see them wanting Massa, or Hamilton, for the reasons you mentioed. Everyone decent

F1 The FOTA refuses to go to Bahrain. The FOTA don't include HRT though. Who dares to put a tenner on Kolles going to Bahrain to win the race?

F1 Boycotting this race will be as useful as copying some Facebook status in an attempt to cure cancer. Some will be naive enough to do it, most will just ignore it and continue what they were doing and in the end, nothing changes.

I saw it live. It was pathetic. Only half the cars finished and pretty much all of the retirements were due to crashes.

I thought that, but there's reasoning behind that. Let's take Nurburgring 2007(?) where everybody was sliding off because they were on the wrong tyres. If they'd stop the race and don't allow them to change tyres, on the restart or

F1 Great race, Vettel was lucky to have the red flag. That was what secured his victory.
Here's a (soon to be former) Hamilton fan saying that he should drive properly and stop crying like a little bitch in an attempt to influence race control.

F1 Drivers say the resurfacing of the road at the exit of the tunnel make the bumps there far worse, which increase the chance of having an accident. I also don't understand why they still have that ridiculous pointy barrier there. Is the run-off area for the situation that a driver goes straight on? Are there tyre barriers at the end of that run-off? James Allen reported the suggestion of havi

F1 Judge: Lotus and Lotus are both rightfully entitled to call themselves Lotus. Lotus is likely to appeal because they think Lotus should not be able to bear the name Lotus, since only Lotus is entitled to do so.

Grand Prix 4 I very much doubt you could do 25 laps on the soft tyres and then 50 on the hards. The tyres will be so worn by that time that you'll be sliding all over the place and the car behind will have a better exit and overtake the car in front. Especially when there's a RedBull behind, there will be a time where they'll simply blast past. Just look at how Webber overtook two people on one

F1 The tyres play the main part in this. Overtaking is ensued by a performance difference and the tyres are the largest part of that. We could do without DRS or KERS (or both), but without the DRS, we'd lose some of the battles.
**SPOILERS BELOW**
Todays battle between Vettel and Hamilton could only go on because Hamilton could keep up thanks to the DRS, without the DRS, Vettel woul

F1 The latest gossip
Rumour has it that a certain world champion is in talks with a not-so-fast team (I'm trying to be diplomatic here) for a shock comeback. Both the driver and teamboss have agreed not to make any further announcements on the subject until the deal has been sealed. The involved teamboss has said to deny everything when he's asked about it until the official announcemen

Just wait until Mr Kolles shows his face to file a protest against all cars with blown diffusers. And with Kolles being Kolles, I wouldn't be surprised if he gave it a go.

F1 If MS is still as good as you claim, he should be around p5-6. especially after people being easy on him for a year. He isn't. Comebacks generally turn out for the worse and so has this one so far. Maybe a podium can get him his confidence back and push him over the bump, but now he's a waste of a seat. The man is 42 now, it's hardly surprising he's not as fast as he used to b

F1 The DRS zone shouldn't be placed on the main overtaking spot, because drivers don't need help there. Turkey should've had it on the s/f straight and Spain on the straight after Campsa. This weekend's overtaking was too easy and too artificial because the DRS zone was placed on a far too long a straight.
While I like the faster degrading tyres, maybe this is a bit too much.
