Hello,
I was wondering if now, almost 20 years after its release and very sparse on-going support, there was a tutorial or guide pointing to getting this game going and also updated to the latest standards available? High-resolution patches for cars, helmets, tires, pitcrews and tracks (of the stock 1998 season), potential updates to the polygon cap, etc?

Grand Prix 3 I don't know how converting back into GP4 works but there is an excellent Riverside available for Assetto Corsa, and also ported to rFactor 2, by Lilski. If you reach out to him, he will very likely grant permission. I can help asking if you'd need assistance.

Grand Prix 4 Why not ask for help? Or even, select one race to choose the cars from (St. Pete, Road America, whatever) for oval and one for road course. Release that initially and then go from there.
If it is annoying to do a conversion, imagine creating this thing.

Grand Prix 4 I remember coming around when I was buying GP4, without even having a computer able of running it. I read a lot and only registered months later. Then only started actually posting a long time afterwards, but after coming across a lot of fine folks here (some who became modders or professionals in their fields) and leagues, my interaction grew exponentially. I am one of the worst people for keepi

Off-Topic Could any mod delete my account, please? I do believe all other accounts have been erased by mortal (the shared ones with Nickv for sensationalistic news on W300, etc) but please get rid of any outstanding ones if possible.
Thanks,

Off-Topic It's fine, I moved on from GPG many years ago. Just a shame Turbo Lover wasted his time converting my helmet.

Grand Prix 4 I love your cars. Certainly the original models are good enough to hold their own even in rFactor 2.

Grand Prix 4 1. Points system: C), by far. The old system was old for a reason. I remember the very first series and it was impossible for new people. This series is impossible too.
2. One stop races: No bugs = good
3. Qualifying: 6 laps
4. Boosts: Less available boosts with higher value

I sent over my Photoshop file for possible conversion (you know, copy+paste ). FYI Ruben, it's the Alternative 3. If you really want, send me the template for the helmet shape being used and I'll po

Grand Prix 4 Hey Jeremy, you've certainly had to pull off an all-nighter at uni at some point, right? Well, if you're able to sleep during the day (with the hints suggested above) and don't mind the loneliness of being away from friends because of your schedule, you should be ok. I know that the night is very peaceful and in my case, I can have great boosts of energy and creativity. It might wo

Off-Topic The TNR car cannot perform well because it's too fashion-forward, and the ghastly liveries of most of the other cars hampers it greatly.
