This worries me slightly. I don't want anyone on two wheels this weekend, especially with that "wall of champions" looming ;)

Also, I have been wondering. As I have been working on the proposal for the GPG Race of Champions there has been talk about past champions entering that series. But what would be the procedure if past champions, say Nick Van der Vort, wanted to make a comeback in the GPGSL? What I mean is, would they have to start to with the base perf or their old one due to their experience?

A quick question. Are there plans to have any of the rounds broadcast by video? I saw in the previous season that at least one race was broadcast but I'm not sure if there will be any done this season. If there is a reason for not doing a video broadcast I can probably understand why that is the case. Anyways, I'm all ready for my run of the Montreal circuit. Let's just hope I don't run into the "Wall Of Champions".

If there is any interest in having such a race recorded live, I'd be happy to do it. The first and buggy try can be seen in F1-manager 2005, brazil weekend. I'll only note that I'll only be able to do this way after the easter holidays, because the A-level exams are directly afterwards.
Greetings

Coincidentally, last season's Canadian GP was broadcasted via YouTube thanks to our old pal Dean. Ruben broadcasted the US GP with natural sounds. But it's a bit more difficult than uploading pics methinks. However, there are always people who have a go at this. Be patient ;-)

Stats: 139 Starts / 7 Wins / 9 Poles / 5 Fastest laps
I also might make a video coverage this season, but like Carlos already pointed out, it's still a bit more work than a normal picture coverage and I don't have the time for it right now. But I'm sure, there will be one or the other video coverage again.

GPGSL : Team Owner of 'Maverick Track Performance' (MTP)
Talking of video coverage, once this round has been completed, i should be able to live steam some rounds. I'm willing to do round 7 at Boromo if the GPGSL is good with that, as well as possibly making it a testers race to spice up the stream a bit ;-)

"live stream" like the real live-stream, so giving a date and running the race live? Or recording the race and uploading it? If it's the first one, I'd be really interested in how you're doing it. Second one as well, my GP4-menu keeps flickering.

The first option, I give a date and time for each session and run it live, commentating as the session goes and people are free to watch as its on. I also record it as i go and upload a video of the session afterwards so people can watch it if they wish. Currently the video a full length replay, highlight reels take more time. I have done it twice for the GPGNC, examples are here and here

Hmmm, just realised something about this years Season 8 schedule. This is our only North American race, so......

DEMON RACING are proud to announce, and sponsor the following :
All drivers head to the nearest token fast food outlets, load up on fatty cheeseburgers, corn dogs, waffles, spare ribs, calzones, triple cheeseburgers etc....

But, just for the Demon Racing team, we will avoid all these fatty foods, and eat healthy - thus not putting weight on, and giving us a lighter load in the car!!! HE HE HE, a cunning plan to get us up the standings in Montreal....(H)

GPGSL Team Owner Debut - Melbourne, Season 8 - present
GPGSL Test Debut - Hungary, Season 4. GPGSL Race Debut - Adelaide, Season 5.
We wait strong speed at the weekend
Nice to see the Mitsubishi, here's hoping the livery is kept simple and clean.
but I NEED my hamburgers...

only hope that I am NOT already guessing my performance this weekend :-p
Dieting for the race, eh? Don't know what that's all aboot...

Here at ONE we're being given an extra serving of feijoada to ensure an extra boost for the race. Don't mind the smell if we win! ;-)

Chris, the rules cover this subject. Any driver that leaves the series for more than one season will return with a base perf. This of course doesn't apply if a driver can't find a seat in the race series and test series, which you will agree would be highly unlikely given there are 44 seats available. This rule applied when Monil Santilal returned to the GPGSL after a sabbatical.
