As the cars cannot get close enough to each other in the corners they cannot make use of the tow down the straight.
To improve overtaking opportunities the teams must be forced to loose MOST of their aerodynamical grip and be forced to rely more on mechanical grip, this will mean that the cars can run closer in the corners and get the tow down the straight.
So use smaller wings, NO flip-ups, ba

People were saying this in 1994, Senna was in the process of re-forming the GPDA to get more of a say from the drivers point of view. The first meeting was due to take place at the next race in Monaco, as it tu

Well I hope it's made up,
The best way to measure drivers is to have the same equipment MS & kimi in the same car that will be a season to remember.
If MS does retire or kimi loses the ferarri drive next year MS WILL lose fa

That rear wing is pig ugly BUT F1 does need to reduce aerodynamic downforce to improve overtaking. IF the rear wing does this then I'll get used to it.
While they are changing the rear wing why don't they get rid of all the other little bits that have sprung up on the cars as well?

F1 Yes we do get more info (i.e. apex speeds) but after the first pit-stop they stop showing time gaps & only tell you how many stops have been made this info is worse than useless if you have been watching you know how many stops have been made & if we have had a break you can work out who has pitted.
Please let us have the time gaps back, it does make it more interesting & I woudn

F1 Don't mind what colour they use but instead of showing the ammount of pit-stops, I would rather they show time gaps like they used to,

F1 I don't know the exact difference but the Champ cars are slower at Montreal, so I assume that an F1 car will be quicker at Laguna Seca.

F1 Wet races even up the cars more & driver skill plays a bigger part in the result,
Loads of drivers fell off but Button was infront of them (exept kimi),
But lets not get carried away like 'Mr' Allen as jenson still has not got a car that is up to winning if conditions are dry, when the car is better he WILL start to win more races & you never know he MAY win the chamionship.

F1 This is not good news for teams that need to develop more power/reliability, but it will sure help the teams with the best engines to stay ahead.

F1 Robert Kubica is indeed talented, but will he give BMW better results than Villenuve this season?
Maybe they want to scrap this season & use the rest of it to give hin experience ready for next year, but Villenuve has been better this year and still has a lot to give. I hope we will see him again next year maybe in the Red Bull?, but would they want to have two older drivers in their team?
