Given the only large sticker they had on the car for most of the year, why are they flying BA at all!

F1 Well according to Briarore
Rough translation

"From Piquet, who has accused me in the media, I only asked for performance. There was even a clause in his contract. Truth is, he did not perform.
We tried in every way to make Nelsinho feel at ease, we did everything. We found a doctor that would speak to him about his fragility, I even read in the papers that he accused me of keep

F1 All this proves is that Piquet is dumber than I thought he was!
Personally, I don't believe the story at all. Even crashing as he did, didn't guarantee Renault a win. Or even points. There was another SC later in the race. So it could easily have been undone. And to suggest that the team instructed him to crash? They couldn't ahve been sure a SC would have been used in any case

F1 3 or 4 races back I texted the following questions
"Has Barrichello been beated psychologically by Buttons success?"
and
"Why havent the BRawns got more sponsorship?"
They answered them both. Just not that weekend. I also get sick of them answering questions from (the probably fictious) 15 year old kids that write in. I mean come on who put their age on their emails?

F1 Much as it pains me. Jordan was right when he said Bernie doesn't like the Blazer brigade of the BRDC and whilst I respect Brundle his bias was misguiding him when he stated they aren't like that. (Red button forum)
How many times has Bernie asked then to build a beter facility and howe many times have they done sweet FA! It's no wonder he's got so sick of them that he'

F1 I assume this will explain why he feels the need to berate everyone over safety when he quite happily drove his car (under SC conditions) past the (fatal) burning wreck of a competitor, being the first on the scene and failing to help when no one else had done so because he was in the lead of the race.
Or why he seems to come out with the most ludicrous statements about the FIA at regular inte

F1 I'll add that the BBC graphics (grid line up, weights etc) are a thousand times better than ITV ever managed though!
Thought EJs interview with Bernie was hilarious. He was in so far over his head, Bernie even stopped giving complete answers and just stopped talking. Eddie just said "Ok" and moved on.

F1 I can't claim to have driven an F1 car :p And I accept the safety angle.
But I fear the drivers didn't want to restart unless it was only just spitting with rain. It seems that to re-start (even under a SC) in anything more inclement would be too much hassle. From what I could decide from a TV screen. At around half 6 (local time) it was raining, but not really hammering down. At a g

and IMHO that's fine. But when he realised Lewis hadn't stopped he should have the brain capacity to let him back through. and if not the team should have checked with the FIA and then ordered him to

F1 Well it was much better than I was expecting!
Humphries is probably a F1 fan anyway which helps.
Coulthard looked nervous and a bit afraid to rock the boat too much.
Kravitz same as before. Not a criticism
Leggard. Thought he was fine.
Brundle. Ditto
McKensie. not sure. hardly any coverage and wasn't shown on TV either.
Jordan. I still detest him. I like that he asks difficult que

F1 I can take ill informed lectures from someone who has a Nascar in their sig :p
Allen knows the subject backwards. He's biased towards Lewis and Ferrari. At least he's upfront about it. He's passionate about it (could of done without Button Wiiiiinnnnnss though) And his books are excellent. People just don't like him because hes not Murray.
And lets be honest bringing MW

ITV had streaming on their site
I'm not like a sheep so I don't hate James Allen because a certain smelly site (that used to be great then turned shite) say I should.
Ad breaks? Well mixed on those. Understand why people dislike them but it gives me a chance to go pee and know that if anything happens I'll get a

That is quite frankly the stupidest F1 trailer I've ever seen! Worse than Stallones Cart film. F1 "esque" cars on the road FFS!

F1 Anyone got a reasonably accurate power list for last years engines? It's the sort of thing F1 Racing used to do before they became cack and I stopped buying it.
e.g.
Ferrari 800HP
BMW 780
Honda 770
etc etc
Cheers.

F1 Presuambly this is the same government that allows people to move in near Croft then complain about the noise in abid t get back at her former husband.
And then WIN in court!
Oh and the same government that keeps pouting billions of pounds into the banks only for them to ask for some more a few weeks later and also allows them to pay £9M in bonus' to their staff...

F1 For my money the best Motorsport commentary team were to be found on Eurosports MotoGP coverage. Insightful, knowlegeable, loved the sport, had friends throughout the pitlane and could mange to get a (at the time) 7 times GP champion to co-commentate with them despite him racing later that same day. As well as numerous previous champions to spend time with them. After the Trio pf Toby, Julian and

F1 Simple rule could be
"You may only instruct your driver to let through his team mate IF that driver (the peson loosing the place) can no longer mathematically win the drivers championship"
Easy. And would stop it happening too early in the season.

F1 Lewis Dritve Through. Yes, He was out of control. But come on, how many other drivers have brain fade in the first corner and get away with no penalty. A case that LH deserved it, but so do many many others!
Massa Drive Through. Fully deserved
Bourdais. WHY not investigated sooner. 13 laps left at the time. This is a fairly laudable decision! Not so much for Bourdais but for the credibility
