But I dont want F1 slower. I want to be able for 2 or more cars to run nose to tail and get a good tow.
Max can bang on about freezing engine regs, and bringing costs down. But all he needs to do is alter the rear downforce by either employing a gurney. Or by changing the rear wing/diffuser regulations so they create the vital stalled air speed.
BTW Slick tyres wont increase overtaking, or

F1 That video clip with the cameraman makes me laugh everytime. Hes a Latic character through and throught. And im not about to judge him when he gets the hump.
The way I see all this, is that McLaren, specifically Ron Dennis, got handling JPM VERY very wrong. Ron thought he was getting another Senna (in the way he used to think of Kimi as another Mika. Well until Kimi started getting photod in g

F1 Something that I thought of is that maybe theres a clause in Alonsos contract so that if McLaren havent got X% of the championship leader by Y point in the season hes free to not honour the contract. But with a Pay off in McLarens favour.
That might also go some way to explaining the switching of JPM ,who was likely to lack motivation for the rest of the year, and PDLR who will race for every

F1 Well, No TBH.
They weren't allowing anybody without a pass into the centre. Though if you have the disposable money you can join the Silverstone Racing Club for £95 and get a pass which is (apparently) valid for the year.
They were stopping people walking past Turn 1 towards the becketts complex.
I just walked back past Bridge towards Abbey and kept going. All the way round to Becke

F1 Went today.
What surprised me was that Renault/Honda pounded round nearly constantly. Whilst McLaren ran in approx 4-5 sessions of 10< laps a time.
Is that the reason they aren't getting it together this year?
Anyhow, heres a few of my better pics. I spent most of the day between Becketts, Stowe and Abbey

Examples
The word "News"
"The team"
"Raikkonen"
Thanks for any help

F1 Hi all.
Would it be possible to have 3 sticky threads per weekend. One for Friday, One for Saturday and One for the Race itself?
Its just that come Monsay morning the Malaysia thread will be around 15-20 pages long. And it makes for hard going.
Just an opinion.

F1 I'll just echo what people have said above.
The third session is completely pointless if the teams are "forced" to waste fuel and laps. I appreciate that Motorsport isnt the most environmental activity, but to just blatently waste oil/fuel in front of Millions of spectators wont help its case.
The flip side is that teams just outside the top 10 have more tyres to play with in

Ah the cry from the BRDC. "Well its not as bad as Brazil or Imola"
Well No, but the fact is considering the fact that mort of the teams are UK based, you'd expect the place to have been renovated once

Yet another ridiculous prediction from the fool that is Eddie Jordan. I for one am getting sick of hearing his opinions.
One minute is saying how he helps find talent. And going on about how he was the one that spotted Michael. Then hes (finally) being honest and admitting he only took MSC because he had a budget availiable at the time. His regular article in the back of a well known F1

F1 No, I stand by it. The track is good for all types of Motorsport, (well maybe not the mickey mouse chicane they use for the Bikes) I would hate to see it bastardised in any form. It will be ruined for everyone, not just F1.

F1 As above once again the Wan**ers in the BRDC put our only FIA apporverd track in jepourdy. Sooner they sell to someone who actually likes Motor Racing the better.
They have made it the laughing stock of the world!!!
Really REALLY angry about this!

F1 Great work. And actually really well thought out too. So thumbs up.
Without sounding Pedantic, the "McLaren" logo is the older version. New version is
Also, and nothing to do with you. The Super Aguri doesnt look like it conforms to 06 regs. The Front wing end plates look too low compared to everyone elses. When are we expecting them to fully launch though?

Blimey. Can we ask where you have gone? Is it another F1 team?
You seemed quite happy at McLaren building the SLR. Or is it a case as was suggested before, that the sterile environment of the MTC makes it a strange place to work.
