Not really. I read that in brazillian press, but it didn't mention di grassi at all. All they said was that apparentely Renault is worried about Grosjean current performance in Gp2 and they would look for another driver for now.

Seems strange to me, Grosjean is still 2nd in the championship, unless they're trying to pluck Hülkenberg? Di Grassi seems the most obvious alternative for Renault (are you saying though that the Brazillian press is downplaying this?), though perhaps they'll try and appeal to the Russian audience by signing Grosjean's team-mate Petrov, who is after all only a couple or so points behind Grosjean...?

Petrov won last year at Valencia - it was a great race too! It's what we need in F1 for Valencia - drivers throwing all concerns about longevity out of their minds and ploughing into one another and the leader (Pantano) and the man charging through the field (Senna) suddenly running out of fuel at the last corner. Brilliant!
Well, the report only mentioned the situation of Grosjean. I think they are a bit cautious of him because of his recent bad results...his mindset might not be the best one to star driving an F1 or something like that I guess.
Globoesporte.com reported that Barrichello was extra happy today when he received a call from felipe, who said "did you have to throw the things at MY head?"

:D
Sounds like he's bored. That's a damn good sign. :D

The humour with which Felipe is recuperating from this certainly suggests that he is not the slightest bit affected by the injury! Great stuff!
It would be great to see him back of the car as soon as possible! Maybe a Monza finale for Schumacher would be quite fitting.

However, there is no point rushing him back, and leaving him out until the end of the season might ensure he is 100% ready, and maybe even provide a break that will probably prolong his career, as it probably did for Schumacher himself in 1999.

That is going to be a hell of a scar! Still it will remind him every day what a lucky guy he is, he cheated death by a whisker!
