I really dont think MS will race again, this current car hasnt won a race and imo hasnt got the pace too yet.
If he doesnt win, the papers will just make up a load of stories of how he has 'lost his touch' or something bizzare which i doubt he wants.

Bourdais for the ferrari seat IMO, lets see what he can do with a car cabable of finishing in the points.

Yeah, that would work if there was a hole or significant damage to the visor, but the only damage is where it's hit the visor (and the visor has come off one side as a result). The damage was to the helmet, not the visor.

I maintain any damage to Massa's eye, and that nasty gash above it, were done by the conveyor belt in front of the tyre wall (if you wish to see, try and watch a super-slomo of him hitting the wall - the belt is exactly the right shape and size to fit the cut). Of course it was the spring which knocked him out and presumably accounts for the fractures (though I guess the basal fracture could have been done against the wall too, depending on where that fracture is).

i'm not sure how accurate that is, because from quite a few reports, they've said it glanced off part of the cockpit first, it didn't hit him straight away

Badoer is too old now, coupled with the fact that he hasn't raced competitively for a decade nearly.

Give both Badoer and Gene a few races

Never said that but wanted to know if its possible.

Alonso's contract says he has a race seat in every GP, but as renault have been suspended from the next race the contract has been broken so anything can happen. I highly doubt Alonso will race for ferrari at valencia, just wanted to know if its possible under no sponsorship.

Not accrurate. They make videos of car updates too, also hardly accurate but still give a cool idea on things though.

The AS report claims that, by incurring the penalty, Renault - which intends to appeal the verdict - broke a "basic commitment" enshrined in Alonso's contract; that the French carmaker must offer the two-time world champion a cockpit at every Grand Prix in 2009.

I was meaning how do you know that. It's the source of a source of a source of a.... etc. You stated it as fact.

Basically, someone has put 2+2 together after the events of the weekend and thought it would make a nice story. He might well have such a clause, but someone has just assumed he has.

Medical personal said no racing until 2010. They said Massa´s 2009 season is over

His personal doctor also said that there is no apparent eye damage. He can open his left eye now and can see out of it. Obviously they won't know for certain for a while, but it seems if he wants, there ought to be nothing stopping him from returning to the cockpit.
