Off-Topic One area being predominantly of one ethnicity is called an ethnic enclave, it forms because when you arrive in a country and don't know he language well, your employment options are limited. Your ability to secure thigs like loans, jobs and so forth would be nigh on impossible without the support of an ethnic enclave.
It provides things like social funding networks - which means you can

Off-Topic I had that first cube case, except it was the preceeding model - the antec aria.
Loved that case, great design, accepts all micro atx boards. Only thing is, the PSU does impeed the cpu heatsink fan slightly - my socket A had about 2 mm clearance, weith 1/3 of the fan under the psu.
It ran hot because of that, but never problematically hot. If you search the OCuk small form factor forum

I must say though.
It is funny to laugh at Keane.
Maybe I shouldn't laugh.
But I do.
Just kidding.

Off-Topic It isn't "an open door".
Go and read up on it. There have indeed been more immigrants than expected from the new EU states - other european big hitters like france and geermany imposed niminal restrictions to control it. Britain has a more open mindset - the concept that foreign people bring diversity and increased entrepreneurial spirit (statistically immigrants are far, far m

Off-Topic Its not a advert, but I remember being terrified by a freaky Loony Toons cartoon from 1950, 'The Hypo-Chondri-Cat' when I was young. These two mice convince a hypochndriac cat that he's dead, and in the end they attach ballonns to his back and add wings, and he floats up into the sky, believing he's dead! He says in a really shaky voice "Goodbye, you earthly creatures&quo

Off-Topic Kije Nick said, Irai law dictates that execution must occur within 30 days of the sentencing, and since the trial was through the Irqi justice system, they did it today.
I for one am glad, I'm not usually in favour of capital punishment, but in this case I'm totally behind the decision. Good riddance

Off-Topic IU can't view it, wwhat does he say?
I thinkk the whole uppet comment is a difficult one - my own view is that he has failed to influence Bush as much as he should have. If the UK's help means as much as we here Condi Rice saying it does, why are we always ignored? Plus for my money, this has been a time in which we needed to get closer to Europe, and I hope whoeveer wins next ye

Off-Topic I wouldn't get a 3.2 p4 anymore, I'm assuming core 2 duo is too expensive for the 500-600 quid pcs, so an athlon 64 x2 is a better bet. Do pc specialist offer x2 based PCs for the same money?

Everyone should read books, they're great. Its not like you've got to read anything desperately "important" like Graham Greene or something, but on the other hand perhaps a level above Clarkson's books is a good start, since those books are simply his newspaper and magazine articles i

Off-Topic I really enjoy them. He picks topics which people have very definate preconceived ideas about, and his interviews are great because they really disrm the intervieweee, not because he asks the questions they don't want to answer, but just because of his style.

Off-Topic Currently, Louis Theroux - The Call of the Weird
Very readable, I like his self depreciating, honest writing style - and the fact he's maybe a little naive, which is refreshing for a journalist!
Must confess I've slowed on the reading front of late, last thing I read fully was Noam Chomsky's Failed States - enough to put anyone off reading for a while!
