F1 i get the impression that he's only like that in front of the media.
I think he just enjoys winding the press up.

F1 Senna talking to Campos and Manor with an outside chance of renault?
if the renault one comes to nothing, i'd pick Manor over Campos.

F1 i agree it certainly wasn't useless.
i guess the thing other thing it has going for it is that the FIA can't afford for the engine to be rubbish as they've (alegedly) forced the newcommers to use it.
no idea how true (or relivant) it is, but the talk a month or so ago, seemed to suggest that it would be more thirsty than the others which would hurt it in the race, but it woul

F1 its an interesting move.
i heard that there were no real issues with the renault deal, that it was a just a case of signing on the dotted line and writing the cheque. However whilst the cosworth was slightly cheaper, williams have gone for it after having seen some of its latest performance data and liking what they saw.
I guess with rumours also linking Red Bull with dropping renault for

F1 some maths regarding the championship.
Jenson leads Rubens by 15 points and Vettle by 25.
For vettel to stay in the hunt he has to finish,
3rd with jenson out of the points.
2nd with jenson no higher than 7th
1st with jenson no higher than 5th
For button to win the title he has to finish,
at least 4th with Rubens out of the points
3rd with Rubens no higher than 8th
2nd with R

F1 the guy with the most points deserves to be world champion.
gav, i see where you're coming from with regards jenson needing the car underhim, but i also think that the reason for his slump is that the pressure got to him.
the first 6-7 races, he was so relieved to be in a job never mind a good car, he just went flat out without even thinking of the title.
then as he got to mid seas

yeah, i think the 'night race' aspect helps to some degree but the circuits certainly got something about it.

F1 i take it from this
"to his communication to the meeting of the World Motor Sport Council that it was to his “eternal regret and shame” that he participated in the conspiracy. "
that Symmonds has confessed then.
i guess that was the final nail in Flavios coffin. (be interesting to see if that statment gets leaked.)
very suprised there was no fine.

F1 flavio banned from FIA sanctioned events indeffinatley,
that could really cause him a few issues with both his management company and his ownership of QPR.
The FA have rules regarding being fit and propper to be a director of a football club.
one of those is that you haven't been banned by another recognised sporting body.

if Renault honestly believed they were innocent surely they'd be contesting the charges? or at least offering up some form of defence? No team would want to be associated with this.
also, as the stewards report states,
