F1 It's quite bad in Bulgaria as well, we've had huge hot water and central (government lead) heating shortages. Most schools are closed and street lighting is non-existant which doesn't help people's opinion...
Russia is simply showing a small bit of what they could cause if they really decided to turn the pressure on (or off as is the case...) and perhaps to get Western Europe

F1 Yep, underperforming circuits can't expect massive charity from others for no good reason at all as important as Silverstone is..

F1 This could turn out well by showing how Grand Prix could reduce their impact by providing an overall cleaner way for people to attend.
Or it could just be shooting themselves in the foot if a proper system isn't employed..

Off-Topic I was initially thinking of going into astrophysics but also enjoyed natural sciences so I took a more general selection of Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Geography. Eventually I changed to earth sciences and geophysics (astrophysics is ultra maths )but I found the selection I had was applicable to many other subjects as well.
Out of those I'd say Physics and Geography gave me the most

F1 Just give teams 7 laps to do in the first half hour and another 7 in the second half hour...or 6 - 7 w/e and those laps must be completed unless there is a breakdown.

F1 I swear by my Tagan - ultra quiet and been running for years without a hitch or coil whine which my Enermax developed rather quickly. Quite difficult to find new though...

Off-Topic I'm really happpy with my HP C3180 but I require a fairly good print quality so it may not be for you. Cartridges are around 18 quid for a set of colour and B&W and print about 500 pages depending on quality settings.

Off-Topic Add in the expression 'touch base'
I had a week's work experience in a telecomms company back in 6th form and one of the salespeople used this at a minimum of 3 times every sentence and it drove me barmy by the end.

Off-Topic Part of the problem is the big car companies aren't really rolling out anything drastically new, they just stick bigger engines in the front (or back) and add a s/x/r/t etc letter on the back and call it a new car.
