Ah, time for my fave "Dazed and Confused" quote:

"That's what I like about these High School girls...I keep getting older, they stay the same age..." :)

When I was at school there was one instance of 17 v 12. Also one of 20 v 12 was rumoured, which is sick, but it's getting normal for girls to do that at that age.

It seems clear to everyone the 12 year old is always the girl isn't it? You''l never see it vice versa.

a long time ago my 2nd degree cousin was dating a 19 year old, she was 13 but looked older. My (ex)friend Daniella Sarahyba (google her) was 14 when she dated a 28 year old actor...

I saw a news report last week where a Muslim Imam was calling for ten year old girls to be married. Anyway, off topic, back to the snow.
How about some snowman pics. Pics so far are great. :-)

One of our 13 year olds from last year (moved to high school in the summer) is currently going out with a 6th former (so at the very youngest 16). She's very... streetwise (hate that word, but can't think of a better one to describe her) but very immature at the same time.

I don't know which system is worse in the UK - 11-18 school (secondary, as is common across the UK) or the 9-13 followed by 13-18 system (primary, middle and high, which is still around in pockets of the UK, particularly rural). In one you've got 18 yr olds who in theory could be grooming 11 yr olds and in the other there's 13 yr olds who think they know it all wanting a bit with someone older thinking they've suddenly hit the jackpot.

Then there's Sim at the gates, offering to help with the homework. ;)

Either that or he could just be seeing a teacher. There's plenty who call young women "girls". :)

ah, single sex education solved all that for me.

The guys still say I had a chance with one of the teachers.
I miss school. :(

But back to snow, even we had some this morning! Fan-diddly-tastic!! :) :) :) I made snow angels in the middle of the street. ;)

I never had any fit teachers at my school :( they were all old and miserable... except for the 50 year old french teacher who thought she was 21 and dressed like it too.... (errrrr I've just had a cold shiver thinking about her :S) she was odd...

on topic the snow's all but gone in Northampton still plenty of ice around. We've just been told to expect more snow tomorrow and friday....
Gui we had enough snow on monday that it was worth digging the snowboard out :) good times.

Here's there's tons of snow still lying around but no chance for snowboarding, it gets to -20C too easily and I don't wish to die yet :P.

We still do at our uni; everybody wants to with this fit lecturer, but they know they ain't got a hope in hell! ;)

Everyone knows that million-to-one chances happen 9 times out of 10; indeed, it's a common requirement in fairy tales. If the human didn't have to overcome huge odds, what would be the point? Terry Pratchett - The Science Of Discworld
