Dont know if you are interested but I have made some slight updates on the Helmet Template specially around those air entry holes.

You seem to be a bit lost,so I recommend you to get a Zmodeler Tutorial first.
You can download the one that taught me how to shape here:
Its very easy to follow and you should be able to shape a basic f1 nosecone in a few days
Its always better to start with some basic objects rather than a full car,that way you get less chances to get frustrated if something goes wron

Grand Prix 4 Well guys about the mp4\21, the project is still on,but I,Mini and Oggo are very busy right now with our own lifes and other projects.
Still we intend to finish the car till the end of this year,so just be a little bit more patient .
