there is nothing we can do abotu this. i'm an F1C modder but the way people are acting make you want to be better as a leecher rather than a modder.

If i see MDB in mine street i will say this , he just have to say it to the moderator , somebody did use my helmets once to , i have sad that to the moderator and the download was removed

people it are my helmets.. i think its not leeched cause they ask me permission for using but i said that it was probarly ok if it looked good and that i would deside after a few screenies, but my question then: is it already released? if so then its leeched and then i will not give my permission! this helmets are from my latest downloadable set

I didnt gave any permission for this guys to use my helmet shapes,as they will be used for WDT and CTDP 2005 F1 MODS only!
If I had already lost most of the interest in Gp4,now this is the end

Kieran, this is what mine also says, even though I have never posted on the forums at all I registered, and then the forums went down and then I forgot about it and then went to post one day and that came up

I have found a way to lock my gp4 files. It works ingame and you can open and save it in Gp4editor but it'll never load in ZM again. I'll have to do some more tests to be sure it works all the time. The trick is so simple that I won't make it public

hmm, I dunno, maybe you ask?

Well the objects made for .gp4 were never inteded for GP4 so all you have to do is wait for someone to make it for F1c. Why do people think they have the right to convert things from other games ??

I still think that someone profits from this. People subscribe to drivingitalia to download the mods. The money reaches someones pocket, thus meaning someone is making a profit while the mod isn't even the persons work. If the author aint getting a share of this money made because of this mod then I still think its not right ..

Also great work if you've found a way to lock files :D

If you want to convert work for private use, you are having bad luck I guess. We have to draw a line somewhere. It may be possible that some of my cars have been leeched for F1C, I have seen some screenshots that looked very suspicious to me.

From what I've heard the money goes directly into the maintainance of the site itself. I don't think many will register but I can see your point. It's not a very smart move to offer a product like that to paying members.
