I can't make any shape in Z-mod my self but there is a tutorial for Z-modeler.
Try to find it and have a look.

Fill spline, the make a copy of the object, then move it, then merge the two, then make faces.

I think you need some days to understand the words above but if it works, it will be fine.

@Kewell Fever

You seem to be a bit lost,so I recommend you to get a Zmodeler Tutorial first.
You can download the one that taught me how to shape here:

[rapidshare.com]

Its very easy to follow and you should be able to shape a basic f1 nosecone in a few days :)
Its always better to start with some basic objects rather than a full car,that way you get less chances to get frustrated if something goes wrong imho.
Hope it helps ;-)

sorry to dig this thread up

but im going to try and make some f1 cars and iv been reading some tutorials

However i also thought of an idea.
Wouldnt it be great if someone could record the screen using something like fraps while they make a car/or part of it (i know it takes long) whilst using zmodeler. Personally i think this would be of great help to current users who want to model and maybe future potential users who join this community.

It will also help me ;)

remember - just an idea
