LS's Tip of the week
ESSENTIAL OILS aren't essential unless you're an engine, a gearbox or a twat

that was a rather mighty shunt!!!

Quote of the show: 'The Stig was the first to recognise that Jade Goody is a racist, pig-faced waste of blood and organs'.

I have to say the footage they had of that was an awful lot better than I was expecting. I pictured it to be more of the camera man scrabbling around looking for the car.

That guy has balls too... I'm not an expert, but that looked like genuine fear.

Yeah, pretty major stuff - the energy absorbed by the car (and him presumably) when it landed after the first roll just looked astonishing - major F1 crashes just (look to) pale into insignificance compared to it. Still doing 230mph when he bit the earth... Jesus :|

Knowing what was coming put fear in me, lord knows what he felt like the first time he sat and watched it...

yeah a great episode, it's as funny as ever.

and yes, as JC said, Richard's quotes really were prophetic.

at least we know it was a tyre failure, so the PC-bridage can get off their high horse saying that he shouldn't have done it in the first place, that could have happened to even the most experienced driver of the Vampire.

and when JC said he wouldn't have done it, and that James certainly wouldn't have done it, wasn't James supposed to do it originally but he was booked elsewhere so couldn't, and Richard then took the opportunity?

and Gav, same here, when they got to that segment i was really nervous/anxious in fear. strange really as we know he's ok.

Peat, yeah great quote!

That's a rather nasty cough you've got there, almost as nasty as what's going to happen if you go to the studio on a Wednesday...

I thought I would just quote this before Mark edits his post, removing the fact that he thought Top Gear was filmed on a Tuesday.
