Clocks Go Forward
All clocks go forward by one hour on Sunday 25th March 2007 @ 0100.

Don’t forget to set your clocks forward by one hour on Sunday 25th March 2007, officially the start of British Summer Time. We may be losing an hour but with extra daylight in the evenings and a long summer ahead, there’s plenty to look forward to after the clocks change.

I never really notice to be honest. I set my alarm clock an hour early the night before and everything else does it automatically. When I wake up I'm not particularly aware of missing an hour... I either just lie in, or not notice. Meh.

It's light enough at night now anyway - it's only travelling which bothers me about the whole early darkness thing (I've got a lazy eye, so struggle a little more than most with headlights, and to compound that wearing a helmet doesn't help), and it's quite light when I'm generally coming home anyway. :)

My body clock's been going haywire recently, I keep waking up gradually earlier every day... recently it's been between 6:30 - 7am, so how thankful was I when I got an extra hour on that! Back toward reality.

I wonder how they compensate for that Muks?

My bodyclock's been nuts recently. Not got a lotta sleep around the GP week and weekend, and tried to compensate Saturday by sleeping in. Unfortunately, my good work was undone by a forced early start Sunday! And I'm working all this week!
