Off-Topic I read all the time on here about the British Media fawning over our drivers ( which is true with the tabloids) but the proper F1 media try and feature balanced views and features on other drivers, but its over looked that other media do this for their own specific driver and that doesnt seem to get mentioned.
Its seem the British Media are getting it all the time, when it happens in other

Other Games I haven't critised Alonso for disliking the British media, he's entitled to dislike them after the tabloids have jumped on the bandwagon
My point is you can't have a pop at our media when the same thing happens in other countries, it would be interesting to read what the Spanish tabloid media made of the Hamilton/Mclaren/Alonso situation
We saw the how the fans reacted to

F1 The F1 media in general is pretty fair, the tabloids are a different matter.
I don't think that's specifically a British problem, from what I hear the Bild is the same, and the Italian media get hysterical about anything Ferrari related.

F1 That's all and well, but if that happened to say Ferrari, do you think the Italian media wouldn't do the same? Or any other national media with their home team being held to ransom by someone not getting what he wants?

F1 What a farce watching the race was yesterday if you didn't watch it live!
I was out for a friends birthday and there was no way I would've made it in before 3am, so I set my box to record it
The wet weather screwed it up and as it over ran it only recorded upto to lap 35, so I put my laptop on and went onto to BBC iplayer
At around lap 40 legard said they were changing to BBC 2

F1 You can understand his point to a certain extent, we've read countless times about all the bickering when teams get involved, they even rewrote the Concorde agreement so motions were carried by a majority rather than a 100% agreement
I'm not saying I agree with it, but I can understand it.

Other Games Lewis Hamilton’s weekend got a little worse tonight when McLaren confirmed that he needs a gearbox change before tomorrow’s qualifying.
He thus goes into the 10am session knowing that he will have a five-place grid penalty.
A team statement said: “In P3 today, we noticed abnormal gearbox oil pressure on Lewis’s car, which we believed we had corrected ahead of this afternoon’s qualifying ses

F1 McLaren driver Lewis Hamilton has been penalised five places on the grid for Sunday's Japanese Grand Prix for changing his gearbox.
The ex-world champion incurred the penalty as his McLaren was fitted with a new gearbox when the previous one had not done the required four races

Hope they bloody sort it out otherwise there will be uproar if they waste time on putting new stuff in rather than fixing exsisting stuff
