Hi J-C, I'm very aware of how much work a modmust take to build and perfect, so please don't think I'm impatient or unappreciative. I'm just wondering how things are going. Have you been able to bring the 2007 mod any nearer to release yet please? Thanks Paul J-C Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Working on the 96-97 csm modby paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
Have you tried changing the settings in the GP4 Controllers menu? There's an option there that governs the width and settings of the dead spot in the centre of a wheel's travel, to allow you to keep a straight line more easily. It's possible that this is interfering with your G25 and how you wish it to feel. I just played around with the settings for the wheel in the GP4 menu unby paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
Yes - it works perfectly!! What's the problem you're having???by paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
Respect!!! Mr Pibb!!! That's fantastic!!! You should go into production and make these for sale - I'm sure you'd get many buyers!! Wow!!!!by paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
I've had a few different wheels over the years. There are many wheels that could be good for you, my favourites are: For a budget choice, the Thrustmaster 360 Modena can be found cheaply on Ebay and online retailers. It's very nice to use, GP4 responds very well to it and it's quite reliable, as long as you're aware it's plastic, and treat it well. I had one for yeaby paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
Thank you very much! I'll look forward to it. I downloaded the earlier version but haven't installed it yet. I'll wait for the fixed one instead. Thank you for all of your hard work!! Best wishes, Paulby paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4

How do I install these cars, please???by paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
Oh, and the Ferrari 312B as well - what a gorgeous car that was!!!by paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
1971 please!! There aren't any mods from this era, the cars were so different and lovely - I always liked the Tyrrell 002, the JPS Lotus 72 and especially the March 711 with its raised oval front wing. An opportunity there for some really nice cars to race in GP4, I think... so... 1971 please!!! And 72 as well..?????by paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
If that happens, I'll be buying an XBox 360!by paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
Wouldn't it be great if Geoff Crammond had the licence to produce a new F1 sim/game for the PC, plus versions for the XBox 360, PS3 and PSP!!!by paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4

Thanks Tony, downloading now! Paulby paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
Hi, I've been trying to download the most recent version of ZAZ tools (SM/TSM) but the download link just gives a blank page with a message saying "not available". I've been via the link in the GP4FAQ thread and via GP4DB.com, same result. Please can anyone advise me on whether the download can be found elsewhere? Thanksby paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
Thanks. Will the tracks be useable/installable without using TSM/CSM please?by paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4

Happy Christmas, everyone! Paulby paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
Grand Prix 4 Tweaker has an option in the Pitstop Timing Adjustment page to alter the fuel efficiency of each car. It's in the drop down list that includes refuelling, engine fix, wing replacement and fuel efficiency. This might help you.by paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
I'd love to see a mod with the March Ford 721 that had the unusually high front wing, it raced around the same time as Jackie Stewart's Tyrrell 002 and the Lotus 72. I guess that would be around 1971-2-3 sort of era?by paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
Thanks Steven, I really love your 2004, but 2006 sounds cool too. I'll send you a PM. Paulby paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
I've downloaded the file, thanks jpfmw. Tony, my standard GP4 is a 2004 set up that bigbrother sent me. I gues TSM needs a standard installation to work properly? Can I use CSM to turn bigbrother's 2004 setup into a loadable mod, then revert to a standard GP4 installation from which I can load the 2004 season I like, plus the 2005, 2006 mods and others? Or, how do I disableby paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
I didn't know you could see the map like that, thanks Tony, The map shows the Hungaroring, not Istanbul. How can I correct it please? Thanks for your assistance Paulby paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
I've sent Tony the Jpeg. I hope someone can suss out the problem. Is it to do with the order of tracks in TSM? Do they need to be in a particular order?by paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
I've saved the screenshot as a JPEG. How do I post it in the forum please? It seems as if the messed up graphics are something that TSM is doing. If I load tracks using TSM, all tracks are affected by the disrupted graphics, not just Istanbul. But if I manually copy the wad and cirsuit files over Interlagos 2001, the track works well. Is there some setting or adjustment to TSM I needby paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
I've installed it as per instructions using TSM and the starting grid view from the cockpit is a real mess - the sky uses the gravel image, there's no visible track, the scenery is drive-through, buldings up in the air,..... What am I doing wrong? If anyone can tell me how to insert a screen capture, I'll show you.by paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
Can anyone tell me how I might use GP4 Tweaker on the mod please? Should this all be part of the 2006 Mod thread anyway?by paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
Thanks Zaz, The Firewall was creating the problem. It was blocking the updater, without notifying me that it was doing so. I've got the update now and the mod works first time. Great! Thanks Paulby paulhackettevans - Grand Prix 4
Zaz, please can you let me know the solution to this? I cannot get the latest CSM from the updates option in the new CSM Beta and I can't run the 2006 mod as a consequence.
