ZAZ Tools download not working

Hi, I've been trying to download the most recent version of ZAZ tools (SM/TSM) but the download link just gives a blank page with a message saying "not available".

I've been via the link in the GP4FAQ thread and via GP4DB.com, same result.

Please can anyone advise me on whether the download can be found elsewhere?
