Too many boosts... too many boosts...!

Stats: 139 Starts / 7 Wins / 9 Poles / 5 Fastest laps
Ass!!!!!

Races: 163 - Wins: 23 - Pole Positions: 24 - Fastest Laps: 22
Season 9: Constructors' Champions
Not too many boosts in the practice sesh, so maybe the hp boost can get me up into the top 10...

GPGSL: S6 - TafuroGP Tester (14th) /// S7 - ART Tester (6th) /// S8 - Demon Driver (13th) /// S9 - Demon/Snake Driver (13th) /// S10 - Snake Driver (???) ///]
"My ambition is handicapped by laziness" - Charles Bukowski
ah, yes well...there definitely is a large amount of boosts for this race. Could be a BTEWAB (*Back to earth with a bump) weekend for Christel VXR.

GPGSL - Christel VXR team Boss S6-S8, S12 Onwards

We all know that boosts can be a hit and miss re performance! It is sometimes luck of the draw. Hopefully for myself and the TNR guys, our lack of boost gives a respectable performance, and we snare some points

GPGSL Team Owner Debut - Melbourne, Season 8 - present
GPGSL Test Debut - Hungary, Season 4. GPGSL Race Debut - Adelaide, Season 5.
This will be a very interesting race weekend! Looking forward to it.

50% chance of rain makes it even more interesting :)

Hi Guys!
I've been very busy with work and couldn't be as present here as I would like to be...I'll try to keep up with the thread the best I can, but until march I'll be unable to be aroung much..
Hope it rains, it could be my only chance for scoring some points =(

Lots of boosts being used, but not using also wasnt really an option! I need to keep the pressure on Mr Ed!!

Well, I'm glad that we used the safety team boost of +2. This keeps us in the upper half of the perfs, at least. Yet I think I'm glad that I didn't use a driver boost either. Might be another disappointing result, but in a long-term view I think it was the right decision.

GPGSL : Team Owner of 'Maverick Track Performance' (MTP)
The free practice session has been run and won!

The rain has played a massive part in this session, with a surprise winner!

(The coverage will be up in the next few hours - be patient :))

Ooooh rain... Me and rain don't really get along that well...

I'm not sure this should be allowed. It's one thing announcing an absence of 1, 2 or even 3 weeks, but to say you won't be around much until sometime in March is unacceptable.

I agree. This pretty much says, " I can't be bothered to post, but just to try and avoid a penalty I'll say I'm not gonna be here much. He didn't even say which March. How do we know he doesn't mean March 2013.

Personally, this comes back to the Christian Dux story again. By saying 'I'll try and keep up with the thread the best I can', that to me indicates some form of activity (even though merely reading the thread doesn't count as activity - a post has to be made). Thus it's 'less active' rather than 'inactive'.

Agree on the timescale thing too - think a maximum should be a month at the very most.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go rage at Windows Movie Maker again...hot

Under normal conditions the maximum should be a month, in my opinion
