yeah you're right PO is the same as the other ones i just forgot to turn off FAAx4 and on my machine it was 200% now i get 80-100% PO )

Question: If I only wanted the Williams and Mclaren cars from this 1991 mod. How could I proceed with it in adding those cars to the original line up of cars?

Just install the whole mod, its worth it!!

Well , hi all , I havent been on these forums for months and now I come back and a nice supprise is here , the 1991 mod , which has tons of work put into it! So well done 1991 Mod team for all the hard work.

Sorry about complaining , the cars (to me) don't look as great as non-rendered pics I have seen and the cars in-game look a slight bit 'rough' to me , I hope this is not a problem :/ , since I know I don't want to start a Critial talk about the 1991 mod

It was the first season of Michael Schumacher, the last World title of Ayrton Senna, the wonderful Mansell's Canadian Grand Prix , and the season of GP1.

Anyway, I wanna say a thanks and congrats to all involved, it's really a big pleasure to drive these old cars.

The cars may seem a little "rough" because when the cars were built the gp4 standards weren't as high as they are nowadays. The upside is that everyone can play it without overcooking his video card

The 1991 season featured 7 world champions. With Prost, Piquet and Senna already crowned and Mansell a year later, it was also the debut season of Schumacher and Hakkinen. Reason enough to pick out this one I guess! And of course what Gusgus said.

For me the last classic f1 season and the f1 cars of that season were real beauty's, like the Ferrari, Jordan and the Leyton House.

Hmmmz, i was 5, so i didn't follow it at all, but now i played it, i realised that a lamp cover i had as a child was displaying a 1991 macca and williams.

I always thought before the livery's on that lamp were kinda fake livery's, only inspired by real f1 cars

Says enough about my knowledge about pre-, let's say 1994, -seasons

Btw, what's the music played in that (awesome piece of) movie played while at the start of the mod?

The 1991 season was a real good year in F1.

Like Erix stated, 1991 featured so many great drivers from Mansell to Piquet to Senna to Prost and it was the debut year of one of the best drivers as of late in my opinion named Micheal Schumacher.

I have to say that this 1991 mod brings back some old memories from those old days of F1 and I want to thank the people who have made this mod available for all of us to enjoy.

I assumed this mod wouldnt work on my laptop (1.4ghz celeron, 768mb RAM, no gfx card) cos the 2006 one didnt. However you say the car models are rougher than current models, so does anyone know what the minimum requirements for the mod would be approximately?
