@Jimbob1:

Are you sure ?
Sometimes when the track and pitlane have the same height, the pitlane might look like it's under the track.

Solution:
-Double-click on a track sector where your pitlane is.
-Click on sector's position.
-Note ZPosition 1 and 2.
-Double-click on the pitlane sector that's in the same place as your track sector.
-Click on sector's position.
-Make sure that ZPosition 1 and 2 match the track's.

The idea is to have the same height on both track and pitlane sectors.

Example:

On this pic, the pitlane might look like it's under the track, but in fact it is at the exact same height.

Just read Maverick's schematic for the pitlane flags.

If you're not sure, just open an existing GP4 track and look at its flags.
That's what I did. :-)

Hi!
Your tutorial rocks. But i don't understand the pitlane part. Where is the option to make the pitboxes ("fences to 7";). I looked in the options of my pitlane sectors but i don't found this option.

what you should do for those sector is add a "bank description" flag and set the side to -32768 for left side, and 16384 for right side, and the fence distance to 7 or above. I will mke this m0ore clearer in the upcoming version of the tutorial.

You need to double-click on the pitlane sectors where you want the pitboxes to be.
Then -> Add one item -> Bank description.
-Set the banks just as you would with a track sector (look at the track sectors to see how the banks are made).
-Set the fence distance in the Bank Description to 7 or more.

That's how I do it (although I do have some problems with pit fences myself).

EDIT: Maverick beat me to it by 2 minutes ;-)

Thank you for your answers!
I've the Bank Description Flag and set the fence distance to 7 and the side to right, but nothing happens.

But when i change the Right Wide in the Section Verges Description (without adding the Bank Description!)this happens:

I don't know what to do.

the bank description you put on sectgor 5 wil count for secto 6 the one for sector 6 on sector 7. so if you put it on your last sector nothing will happen :)
