A very good and accurate looking Phoenix '91 map Tom2681. Are you going to continue the project? I can provide video footage of the 91 race, if you require. :)

It's Marc Aart's GP3 map. I hope he wouldn't mind us using it. ;-)

>>Are you going to continue the project?

I'm waiting for the next 3D-Editor which should feature .gp4 object removal and fixed "nose-down effect". Then I'll try to complete an easy track like Phoenix or Paul Ricard.

But if you want to try those yourself, go ahead. :-)
I'm afraid don't have enough time on my hands to become a master-trackmaker, so I can't say for sure that I will ever complete or release them.

Thanks but I already have it on tape.

Next 3DEditor is in good way and I think I finished the development of this latest version (appart if big troubles are arising).
So I now need to update the user guide, my site and eventually some tutorials if it can be done quickly and it will be yours.

I do believe some of the features will surprise you :)

yeah, stay up, and in the meantime, just keep working on Bahrain, hehe! Just kidding, you've done a great work so far, and inspired many of us about trackediting, thank you!

when you double click on a specific sector all the flags come up and u say new command, i dont know which sector to click on because i dont know the sector number that the pit entrance and exit is at.

well you can just look in the visual window to see at wich sector you are, and at wich sector the pit entrance/exit is :?

go to Display-Physics options-Plain+Wireframe

then you'll see the sector highlighted

why is it when i join the new pitlane to the track, when i use zoom to see the sectors more clearly the pitlane moves away from the track?

make sure you don't have any od the Displace, Rotate, or Scale buttons pressed, probably what you're doing is actually moving the pitlane sectors

Lok or Mav,

I get an error when trying to start 3d editor. it says that there is an error when opening 3d editor 13.5b and that therefore the application will close. This happens when i chose gp4.exe at the beggining... am i doing something wrong?

thanks,
Naz.

Bad ATI drivers, probably. Try Catalyst 5.6.

If you're running on Nvidia, then I don't know.
