Whats the problem? We've seen anti-driver signs for decades at Silverstone. They aren't being racist, just displaying they don't like a driver.

Well it looks like a picture of a monkey face to me so that could be the racial element I think the above post was trying to show.

I know its their 1st test and all that but that Virgin car is very off the pace I would have thought 5 seconds would be ok for a 1st test but 9 is a bit much.

Plus the front wing on the car fell off.

Sounds like they might need to make some parts stronger. I can see why Newey said you dont find out enough without a wind tunnel.

The track started damp and the times tumbled down. At the time the times started tumbling Glock wasn't setting times, and the next time he went onto the track he lost his front wing (whether it fell off or he ran over a kerb or something I don't know), and it's not been seen on the track since. They haven't set a time in the same conditions as anyone else yet.

At the point that their 1:29 time was set, Button had done a 1:33 with the same number of laps recorded. They aren't 9 seconds off the pace. Not even slightly.

^That would explain it.

Been trying to follow it on Autosport on and off and its quiet hard to follow.

I thought he has done 9 laps in the dry, then the wing fell off then he done another 3 laps. From whats been said the wing just broke, we have seen the problem before when they just come off the fixing.

12:21 The team had a problem with the front wing mounting. The issue has been identified, but it is missing spare parts so it will be unable to return to the track today
