My dad recently gave me his old Ferrari F40 scale 1/18. It was comlpetely covered with dust, now I'm cleaning it and I'll post some pics later.by Carlitox - Off-Topic
Having looked at the layout, I think that Red bull could have some advantage from turn 4 to turn 16, even though that section seems very complicated to me. Ferrari and McLaren may be faster on those three straights. Also, that's the place where the F-Duct should appear. But it's impossible to predict anything here. I haven't even tried it on rFactor, and my PC doesn't suby Carlitox - F1
My ideal calendar would be this (in this order) 1) Adelaide 2) Long Beach / Watkins Glen 3) Imola 4) Nürburgring 5) Montecarlo 6) A1-Ring (I think it's now called the Red Bull Ring) 7) Donington Park 8) Magny-Cours 9) Valencia Street Circuit 10) Hungaroring 11) Spa-Francorchamps 12) Monza 13) Istanbul Park 14) Shanghai 15) Singapore 16) Suzuka 17) Interlagosby Carlitox - F1
Oh dear lord!!! Kobayashi was insane!!! That style of driving is just what F1 needs in the middle and back of the pack. He was incredible, those overtakes were outstanding!!! Apart from that: Did really Rosberg and Kubica lost the same wheel or it was my imagination?by Carlitox - F1
Anyone knows where can I watch the Qualy online? I've searched everywhere, I can't find anything! EDIT: Don't worry, I've solved it.by Carlitox - F1
Fischella over Alonso and Hamilton last year was very good. But I think the top 3 is: Hakkinen over M. Schumacher (Spa 2000), Montoya over M. Schumacher (Spa 2004), and Mansell over Berger (Mexico 1990) in that order. Another good one is Coulthard over M. Schumacher in Brazil 2001.by Carlitox - F1
"Hey Ross, you never told me I had to race at night!" "Definitely I need to change cars with Felipe"by Carlitox - F1
I also think that if it rains too heavily the race has to be postponed. Just imagine: the lights are reflected on the wet surface, plus the heavy spray coming out from the next car, not to mention the ligtning, which is not impossible. However, a light rain could be interesting, and still dangerous... Button and Vettel must win, Webber needs to keep ahead of Hamilton and don't forget Alonby Carlitox - F1
OMG, sometimes I think that it's more difficult to design a front wing than the rest of the car! Well, if you remember, the guy who designed the BMW F1.08 went crazy with the winglets Ps: Good pics IWEby Carlitox - F1
What a strange wing...the most complex I've ever seen!!!by Carlitox - F1
I envy you Helmut, you are lucky to live in a country where motorsports are great. I remember watching old DTM/ITC when I was 5 years old, and I continued watching the new DTM later (my favourite driver was Laurent Aiello). Now I can't watch it any longer, but I still love DTM (now my favourite driver is Martin Tomczyk). Anyway, I hope you had a real good time!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 3
Hi Nathan, could you possibly send me 11marco's Shark Carshape? My address: carlitox_f1@hotmail.com Thanks in advance.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 3
That sounds kind of unfair. I remember once driving in old Hockenheimring at full speed (almost 345 km/h), and while trying to overtake Rosset's Tyrrell he suddenly moved and I spectacularly crashed into him. This upset me very much. I had the same problem with GP2 in Adelaide, the difference was that I spun and I was able to return. Anyway, the lapped cars blocked me like they were defendinby Carlitox - Grand Prix 3
In my opinion it's a nice calendar. My dad and I always loved old Zandvoort, especially the old Tarzan corner, in which the great Gilles Villeneuve incredibly overtook Alan Jones in 1979. My three favourite tracks are included (Spa, Monza and Montreal) and there are a lot of interesting circuits. To sum up, I think it'll be a nice season.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 3
Hope you like these... Don't look at that bug in the Midland sidepod shieldsby Carlitox - Grand Prix 4
Did you hear about the modification of the gravel traps in Les Combes? Now it has AstroTurf (a kind of asphalt with extremely high grip so that the cars can't accelerate properly) at the outside and taller kerbs. Also, the external part of La Source has now AstroTurf to prevent the cars from going wide at the start. Personally, I hope there is a good storm (like 1998, what a disaster! ) andby Carlitox - F1
Amazing Ivo, great liveries! I'm painting some cars for my thread but your liveries are miles away from mine! Congratulations!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 3
I was just wondering...when does the championship begins? And is there going to be a carset once all the liveries are handed in? Thanks in advance.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 3
As long as you give me the usual credit for the stuff, everyone has permission to use any livery from here. So go on pironi14 and thanks for your comment!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 3
Whoa, thank you very much Rodrigo!!!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 3
Rodrigo, thanks for adapting my helmet. It really looks nice! BTW, how do you make those helmets like the one in your avatar? I want to make one for me. Best wishes.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 3
Almost 4 months have passed since I last posted some cars here. So, to celebrate my first participation in the GPGSL, I've painted 5 more cars. I hope you like them! And as always, feel free to give your opinion. Greetings!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 3

I've contacted Roberto Scandura by PM and I've joined him as Test Driver for VTR To Rodrigo Vilela: I'll send my helmet in the next few days. Cheers for everyone!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 3
It's not the first time that MSC does something like that. Pay attention to him at the start (1:40) If he didn't respect his brother, he is certainly not going to respect Rubensby Carlitox - F1
I' ve never felt so angry with Ferrari. If you look at my signature, you'll realise why. Anyway, although Alonso was quite faster than Massa, they could make Massa stop for new soft tyres, letting Alonso 1st. Also, I think Alonso is too selfish for letting Massa win a race ahead of him. If not, why do you think he left Mclaren in late 2007? The last one: Alonso shouted something whiby Carlitox - F1
Happy birthday to everybody, because we are all part of this incredible community: GRANDPRIXGAMES.ORG I want to thank all the people who keep this site on, ten years later. And of course, all the members, the painters, the track makers or the ones who just want to ask a question (that's how I started). Best wishes!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 3
The Valencia race made me really angry and this was exactly the same. I didn't agree with Alonso's penalty because I think that if he had hit the brakes, Kubica would have flipped over. But, regardless the penalty was fair or not, once again the FIA showed its incompetence by deploying the SC due to De La Rosa's debris (which wasn't so dangerous) and obbligating Alonso to wby Carlitox - F1
Thank you very much. I'll PM him.by Carlitox - Grand Prix 3
ooleeeo, please tell me how could you insert the 2010 HUD and where you got it. I always have problems when inserting HUDs, it would be great if you could help me. Thanks in advance!by Carlitox - Grand Prix 3
