I expect these to be the hardest ones to achieve, some could be done on easier difficulty of course.

Someone's already scanned them at VirtualR, so there's no point doing it again.

Also, the scans from the PlayStation Magazine review

hmmmm judging by those that reviewed it, seems they are arcade race fans the way they keep referring to Dirt 2 as a benchmark to compare the F1 title

Wish someone more Sim orientated would review it, as frankly the codemasters previous efforts are hardly comparable

I wonder if they get people to review the Flight Sim series by Microsoft that only play Sega AfterBurner?

Depend on your spec of PC

Full whistle and bangs on PS3/XBOX, might have to turn stuff down on PC like Codies did at the Gamescon show the other weekend as the PC's there werent upto it

Full whistle and bangs on the PS3/XBOX????

The PC version will look a @#$%& load better if you have the specs...

+ Depending on how mod friendly the game is the PC version could have huge potential but will prob end up being a nighmare.

Hi folks...l finally have to comment...

I think the full show will be on the consoles.

PC's...unless you're state of the art just do not compare at all to the console optimized versions of games these days.

I've pre-ordered the game for PC on steam...because it was half the cost of the console versions. (If it runs crap on my very expensive machine...I've only lost half of what many are forking out for buying a physical disk), and if it does impress me, then I'll pay full price for the PS3 version.

PC's are totally rubbish these days if you don't have an unlimited budget to throw at hardware updates.

I do think this game is potentially the best thing since GP4 for the play vs A.I. crowd (which due to work i am sadly one of again).

Here's hoping, and thanks all here for all the info!

Resolution wise, yes but if you have to turn down settings on the PC you wont get the full graphical effects, where as with the consoles you will as that was what it was developed for, to maximise sales

I'll be getting it on pc, because It'll look better with 1080p and better aa/af :)
Now you can get a computer for not much more than £500 which have better graphics than the consoles.

It would be interesting to know what spec the pc's were at the the gamecon show the other weekend, if Codemasters wanted to show off the game to its full on PC then you would have thought they'd have taken their own PC's to ensure that.

Sounds like the host of the event provided them, otherwise a massive PR error on Codemasters side

Do you guys think i'll be able to run it? I don't really care what it looks like, I think dirt 2 on low looks ten times better than any ISI sims on full detail on my rig...
Core 2 Duo @ 2.33 GHz
2GB Ram
1GB ATI 5570 DDR3

I read some posts on the codies forum ( I think confirmed by a dev) saying that if you can run dirt 2 okay ( I get 30 fps minimum on ultra, 50 ish on low, which I am happy with) then you should be able to run F1 2010.
Reading this I decided to pre-order it but then I read the official minimum specs, which include Core 2 Duo @2.4GHz
Should I be worried about 0.07GHz? :)

Overclock your cpu!

It's not that hard to do, and the benefits can be enormous.

I'm pretty sure you can go into the bios and get it to 2.6-3ghz without having to adjust anything else, like the vcore.

Maybe you'll need to bump it up slightly if you have stability issues, but its an easy fix with great benefits.

I'm sure Gaz or someone else will give you tips if you run into problems.
