So the 2009 line up: Bourdais is officially confirmed by STR

Posted by BAR#10
Going back to STR Sato/Bourdais. Cant recall when I read it but apparently Red Bull have also a big promotion going on in France, when it comes to their energy drink ofcourse, so Le Seb still may have his chance.
Which market(France or Japan) will be (seen as) more profitable to them, may just be the question, that decides who gets the seat.

GPGSL career;
Current team: Team ShadowSubaru, Previous teams: MPR, Minardi
starts:100 Wins: 12, Podiums: 34, Fastest Laps: 14, poles: 12 Points: 708
winner of Belgian GP (s1), Australian GP (s1), Canadian GP (S1), Brazilian GP(s4, s5), Hungarian GP(s3), Italian GP(s3), French GP (s5,s7), Monaco GP (s4) and USA GP
I reckon Japan would surely be a better market for a team to choose. However for Red Bull in particular I cannot say. Personally I want both drivers to stay in F1, I couldn't choose! :)
It was interesting to read opinions about senna/schumacher, but it is all what ifs.

anyway neither was greatest driver ever, they had talent and charisma, and were extremly fast, but there were better drivers in history of F1.

Fangio, Moss, Clark, Stewart, Prost (in chronological order)

Some - good - news about Bourdais ;)

It seems ok for him :)

My German's not great...
Actually I lie, it's non-existant...

But yay! :)
DAMN RIGHT!:-)
Thanks for that, jaguar
Speedweek is saying that all signs are pointing to STR keeping Bourdais. Apparently they had long conversations.
basically it says all we talked about
-he did better towards of the season
-deserves a 2nd chance
and that,
-two new drivers at once isn't the best idea for the team

He is featured on official page

I guess it is only the matter of details that need to be sorted before he signs the contract

I really wanted Sato to be driving but I don't begrudge Bourdais at all, I think he deserves it. Sato/Bourdais would have been my line-up.
Oh shoot!.I dont want to see a GEEK driving that STR 2009 car.

A good prompt and correct response MarcLister, and I have no objections. :) What about the reply "he" (and I use that term VERY loosely since it's likely not human) then used that quote for? I'd ask it to edit that itself, but frankly I doubt it'd listen.
