Just a quick note alonso has broken the agreement he had with mclaren that was signed when he left the team, it was part of the agreement that let him leave early. Action is expected to be taken against him. The agreement was neither mclaren or alonso would talk about what happened last year and alonso is meant to have broken this agreement.

well according to finnish television channel it's not against rules if wing doesn't flex back and forward!

It does not appear to but very hard to say, it just seems to go up and down.

The ferrari ones seem to go in and out but they dont flex either.

As people have said before if u make the parts solid they will just snap.

But then again you have to ask the question all the other teams with the bridge dont have it move and the same with the side pod things.

Maybe mclaren and ferrari are just pushing it that bit more.

Bmw looked very good today i know the lap times dont show it but their car looks so stable.

Well the point about Mclaren bridge wing is that it isn't bend like, for example, rearwing mainplate. It's quite straight, so it isn't producing any downforce, so it isn't useful and doesn't give any effect, even if it's moving. So other teams really don't care much about it. As few has said, it's even more like disadvantage, because you want it to be stable, so that you could setup your car more precisely.

I don't think it matters. It's a moving aerodynamic piece. Whether it by itself creates downforce or not is irrelevant I believe.

Haven't seen it myself since Melbourne, but it'll be a mistake - they're not stupid enough to make a moving aerodynamic part that's mounted right in front of one of the camera points.

Dude, you can see the wing getting straighter. It's not just moving. The whole thing flexes and gets flatter as speeds go up.

Well yeah, but as far as they aren't getting anything from it, it can flex how much you want. Also, in reality, every part of car flexes in some kind of manner, if it wouldn't, it would just crash! And about that bridge wing movement again, there are also some teams which have also flexible bridge wing...

Kimi was very happy with his car and said they got even tyres working on firstlap :) so he believes Ferrari is strong even for 1-2 finish and his aim is to get pole tomorrow and if everything works out as it should than pole and win is not far away :)

As usual Kimi's teammate is doing hotlaps...

At least the great finn spent his time building a race set rather than going out for some hotlaps. He'll be strong in quali, hope so, and he'll do the hat-trick if the BMWs dont improve! :)

Lewis... what to say? YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG! ;)

And yay to Piquet :D

leiws only 1 set of tyres in the 2nd session both kimi and massa set their times on soft tyres a new set as did Kovy.

So as normal friday dont say that much.

I dont think some people want to see a fight for the win they just want to see ferrari drive round and it be like 2002 all over again. I am a fan of F1 and I wanna see a fight for the win and championship.

Lewis made an error big deal its what happens, at least its not the race.

Yeah.... if there isn't a decent battle for the lead in the next few races I might stop bothering with F1 tbh. It's been like this since about 2001 (bar '05?) and it's just getting a bit boring now :)

So I couldn't give a toss who wins, I just want to see racing

Having said that, Nico is looking quick :D
