If Fisichella got the force india seat then it would most likely be his last in F1, which would be a bit of a shame for him to retire in the slowest car because I think he is a very good driver. For that reason I would like Klien to get the seat because I think he's actually quite decent. Ralf doesn't stand a chance, Liuzzi will probably end up in America (although I think he could be a potentially good driver too) and if they gave it to Rodriguez then they might as well just be running one car

Anyway, a question I would like answered is:

Why are some people calling him Nelsinho Piquet? - I thought it was Nelson Piquet Jr?

Piquet Jr its called Nelson Angelo Piquet, and his father is Nelson Souto Maior Piquet, i think, and for Brazilian people call a person, for example, Rubinho, Nelsinho, is normal

Nelson Piquet was Nelson Souto Maior, but when he started racing he dropped his father's surnames and took his mother's surname Piquet. His mother was French. Surname Piquet is not common in Brazil. He changed it because his father was an active politician at that time and he didn't want the media to link to link him with his son.

Senna did the same thing but for different reason. He was Ayrton da Silva at first, but since 50% of brazilians are da Silva he took his mother surname Senna (his mother is italian and Senna is italian surname) and he became Ayrton Senna da Silva and he raced under that name in british formula ford, but it was too long so when he joined F1 he was simply Ayrton Senna

Nelson Angelo Piquet its right? I think this is the confusion, for some people is Nelsinho, for other people is Piquet Jr...

Hi there Frantic! Great job of yours and I'll ask you to change just one little thing: Nelsinho Piquet. In a Brazilian tv show his father, Nelson Piquet told the reporters to not call his son of Nelsinho Piquet because they did similar thing to Rubens (here he's called Rubinho), Felipe Massa (Massinha) and the results of this is pretty clear. So Nelson Piquet will be back what will be great because the tv channel responsible for F1 transmissions hates his father. Thanks.

I hate diminutives...Rubinho is ok, but Massinha is just crap. And Nelsinho is just as crap...I dunno...The next brazillian champion hasn't really presented himself yet...

Piquet's mother was of french origin, or at least her surname is.

Indeed she is dutch, as the dutch autosportpress always liked Piquet jr. because of that. Actually, Nelsinho can speak a litlle dutch (Olav Mol taught him )

There is no info of Nelson's mother being Dutch.
Other day I searched for some race reports and all I could find was the reports from US GP.
Reports from other GPs were just plain entry lists and results.

And some race results seemd to be bit different if comparing beetween english and finnish language.. Basicly anybody can write anything and atleast in finnish there is also some no-sense-s**t.. :P

Yes anybody can write anything but someone controlls it, I suppose a team of experts in different categories. Otherwise ti would be filled with all kind of crap.

on dutch tv he said his mom is dutch, and he learned dutch a bit from our commentator
