As you said, the topic will become a but heavy if we post the launches here. I reckon we should have one topic for all car launches. Maybe not sticky it, it's not that much more important than the other threads really.

the best way is to have 1 locked thread containing just 1 post from a mod, with links to a separate thread for each team, so as each car launches, the mod just updates the sticky thread with the new thread link.
and the threads for the new cars should be made in advance, a few days before the car actually launches, or else on the day of the launch we get 5 excited forum members starting a new thread each, each containing the same picutures and the same discussion. if the thread already exists, then everyone can just post pictures in the one thread.

it's not complicated at all, in fact it's what he had a couple of years ago. someone even made nice pictures which were used as thumbnails for each car, which the mods attached the link to to take you to the relevant thread for that particular team's new car.
but i don't mind 1 big thread full of pictures of every new car, but it's more managable if there's a separate thread for each team.

It is a good idea, but I think that it will be better 6 threads, for example, in 1 thread, Ferrari and BMW, in other, McLaren and Renault, etc.

it's what we have every year anyway, (at least) 1 thread for each team, so it doesn't need to be different this time, we just need to make sure people don't get too excited on the day of the new car launch and start multiple threads like we have every year, that's very annoying.

Even with the best intentions, people will start threads at the same time, etc. or make out that theirs is slightly different in some way. It's a forum, it'll grow organically.
