LMAO! Do you know how little we care? :D

I asked what people would pay for a champcar game, i didnt ask you to tell me what others would pay for a champcar game. Example -

but tbh i think people really dont wanna pay more than £29.99 for a good pro game.

tbh i think you really dont know what your talking about :D I have plenty of quotes from people that would pay £50 for a good pro game if it was good enough :P Hell, theres people in this thread saying it, but noooo, the mighty oddmatter, um, madotter, ignores this :D If your gona troll then at least just start another hardware thread about the 600inch monitor your wanting.

You also want a feature list of a game thats early in development? Awesome :D I'll get right on that!

To sum up this post...go away emo :P

the aim of this thread (and the many duplicates around teh interwebnet) was to get a general consensus for what people would be willing to pay for a champcar sim - features are not up for discussion since we know what we want and trust me it goes far beyond what you guys could come up with :P But we can't tell you definitively what would be in it because nothing's locked down - sure we could publish a list of stuff we want to be in it (pending permission from teh bosses of course) but then if something really cool didn't make it into the first release where would that leave us? to deal with a lot of bullshit, that's for sure.

thanks for the replies anyway, the more the better.

Very much like ISI done with rFactor with the feature list unfortunatly. Wet Weather, online driver changes, etc.

Thanks Dave. Sounds good. Just like to reiterate I would love to see a quality Champ Car game. I don't know the series well and a game would introduce me to it beautifully.

I thought u was the one who listened to HIM?

nevermind...

Nice to see your being grown up about this, seems like the mentality hasnt changed much with you. As for all this about not knowing anything about specs etc... how the hell can we give u a price??

Yes, I think ill pay XX for a game which we know nothing about!!!! when I know more about this game rather than 'champ car' ill let you know, and if everyone behind this game is as mature as yourself, ill be concerned :)

and to add: i have spent £4.95 on a fan so far, and the threads i make are for something called... are you ready? research

Thanks!!! :)

I'll just quote something from Dave's first post...

"For a good champ car sim"

Now I don't know about you, but good to me sounds perfectly accebtable to me, and since the thing is still being designed, it's a perfectly good question to ask, regardless of what features it has / hasn't got.

If it's alot better than Microsoft's atrocious attempt in the late 90's (;)), I'll pay anything up to $50 I think...

Stop trolling anyway. They've given all the info they can, and asked for rounded estimates. No one forced you to give an opinion.
