GP4 Central - Website to close

I get "Invalid Entry: Track checksum is not correct. Check your track files."

I'm using the track as I did previously, changed nothing, so I really don't know what the problem is now. :S

Yep, as stated, using slot 5 with the track you posted earlier. The track shows up in the game and loads correctly, so I'm not sure if that is the problem, maybe I'm missing something else? I think I config'd GPxSet correctly too.

Other than that, the texture and tweaker position issues I stated are fixed, excellent job

Tried to watch your lap in GP4 last night Tom, but the car went into the wall in turn 1...

Maybe a Standalone would be better to avoid any issues...?!

@Cosmic - During testing, we will use a CSM mod, and very often the replays are buggy when using CSM. It is often better when we use a full installation, like a Laptop Edition. So I will produce a stand-alone Laptop Edition mod before the real season starts.

@Carlitox - I can see you're not loading the track properly. Read the instruction here and then send me a PM, I'll walk you through it, it's easy.

Now I can see all the replays & Setups... Don'T know why but it works!

@Milos: The plank hits the road all the time...strange (but fast) Setup and only suitable for a hotlap...

Will make a fresh install tomorrow on my teammate's PC and then Porsche will join the battle against the clock!

So there'S only the Weekend left for Setting a hotlap and then it's Family time!!!!

Seems CSM is not working for me to install new mods but it
does work with csm mods that were installed before i switched to windows 10.

Now i have the mod working. I tested and i have all the checksums correct.
I compared with the lap you uploaded.

I dont understand why Windows 10 causes CSM not to work.

Pre Season Test 1 - Half way report

We are half way through the first test and Dragon leads the way (despite their car not being ready!?!?) with Milos setting a 1:24.543. The Centra and SVR drivers have been on track, but the Porsche and Ecurie Mistral cars have stayed in the garage so far.

GP4Forever Racing are also about to arrive at the track, we understand.

It should be noted that the all-time GP4CC lap record at this track is a 1:18.949, set by jcaranti in a 2013 Ferrari during season 1. So the Season 4 cars are about 4 seconds slower. But, for the first time this season, there will be in-season development. Maybe the cars will be able to beat the lap record at the end of the season...

Holy molly!! 1:18?? I can't lower a 1:29!! Is it the keyboard? My wheel makes things worse, and even TC doesn't help. Gawd...

Yes, i already did some laps. I was also successful to put the car in the mod and worked in the game. Now painting the helmet.

The 1m18.949 was because of the physics we were testing wich was original game physics + reducing a bit the power of the car.
With original game physics including the original game performances i can do 1m14.4. in this track

I have no doubt at the end of the season we should be at least be 1 second faster than the 1m18.9 record.
