any easy track tool which can simplely change track files into anoter slot?

are there any easy track edit tools which can change the track files' name?
the ways ive got are all very complicated.
any my easywad also seems a little bit wrong.
when i click easywad ,it asks me to associate .wad files.
then nothing happend
when i try to open a .wad file through easywad
it says illegal switch
so what can i do?

right click -> extract .wad to dir, once you've done with editing the wad click on the folder and compress to wad again, that's how easywad meant to work

good but i found a problem.
i swaped sepang2001by baku2019 which is acttualy built on montreal.
the installation was quick and good.but when i start the game,i found the quickrace and the quicklap options are disappeared，but i can still click them.
then the track slection only had one track,baku2019.
then i start the quickrace,it loaded very quick on the first half.
but at the half point,it stopped!
but the game didn't crash,it did't continue either.
it just stopped there.
what's wrong?cuold you please have a look?

also，there is nothing in the Corrent installed tracks
