I have no doubt at the end of the season we should be at least be 1 second faster than the 1m18.9 record.

Depends how you spend your $1200 per race ;)

Tom, I've fixed the track, thanks for your help! I was doing exactly what you said before, but the problem was that when I updated the mod, the track path changed, so I redirected it and it was good to go. But I keep getting errors saying I went off. During one of my laps I got two off at Campsa, yes, and I could've sworn I didn't touch the grass at all at the other. Does the system automatically deny your entry when you get 2 wheels off anyway?

no, I did it on my hotlap a few times

Was going to edit but Milos answered as fast as his lap ;) anyway, I got a lap done, a really bad one but I'm relieved that I got everything working. Curiously, it was a bit better than the one the system claimed I went off. But that was strange. I won't give up, maybe it's this track, maybe I can get better results somewhere else. More tries will follow surely. :-)

;-)

Looking at the calendar, a shame we are not racing at Melbourne or Canada. But the tracks are not that bad either, at least there are no awful tracks like Donington or Suzuka or Spa

@Carlitox - this is why your 1:31.184 lap was not allowed:

@Milos - we have raced at Canada and Melbourne in earlier seasons. I like to use different tracks because there is so much choice.

@Eric - your car textures have the numbers 4 and 40 the wrong way around.

@jcaranti - Thanks, I've added your cars to the mod. Available here.

That's what I meant, so it doesn't count the kerbs as track. I really do have to take that into account. Thanks :-)

On a side note, wow, so you still get the failed laps? Embarrassing ;)

Yep sure I'm happy to race some 2015 tracks next season, thanks Jorge. (Y)

@Carlitox - oh yes, I see all the rejected laps. I watch them with a big bucket of popcorn and laugh at you all ;) Just kidding. It helps me to make sure the rejections are for correct reasons.

And yes to be clear, the kerbs are not part of the track. (see Rule 4.1).

Tom i was having a look at the csm mod update and seems you taken 0ff 20bhp of the cars in the performance file.

Hofxlapw shows: Power: 694 BHP with the last update. First release it showed Power: 714 BHP.

All laps that are submited currently have 714bhp power in their hotlaps.

So i think we may have an issue here.

EDIT

Also checksums have changed due to those 20bhp less

we had this previous to the update:
Log version 1.16, GPxLap version 4.43
init, car, damage, cc checksum: d3c3c92d, 00000000, 070b6222, 712f0a74

Power: 714 BHP.

Now we have this:
Log version 1.16, GPxLap version 4.43
init, car, damage, cc checksum: d3c3c92d, 00000000, 070b6222, 2e07fcfb

Power: 694 BHP

Oops, that's a mistake, sorry Jorge. It was supposed to be an internal test.

Please set your power to 720 for this event. I'll fix it an reupload the mod.

Tom can you invert drivers slots (and helmets too) ? Drivers & numbers are ok on the car's textures.

Race - Using game mode "Quickrace", complete the race distance is the fastest possible time.

why is this not a part of the game anymore? This'd be cool too ;)

Milo you mean to qualify to determine the order of the drivers and then we do a quickrace?
In the past we had Gp4 leagues that did that. I used to race like that.
Those were the years i had a lot more fun with Gp4 than todays days as a Gp4 modder.
