F1 Manager - 2004 Main Season Thread - Season Over!

Posted by Twigster151
i may be able to run a race next weekend but unsure at the moment. I was going to run two races over the last two weekends. But the delay of posting this one, due to gpg running slow, saw me unable to move onto the next race.
we are still the team to beat :-)

My GPGSL Career

I would like to know what the hell happened to Webber. He was running around in 4th the all of a sudden he is down in 12th and then the next minutes he is back up to 8th. Explain!

Arrows Statement

We are very happy with Trulli. He was so close to getting a championship point. Wilson needs to improve because zonta is waiting. Overall another good weekend for the team

Toyota Statement

Great drives again by both our drivers!..Delighted for jacques to get his first podium for us and hopefully the first of many..And solid from cristiano to give us more points in the constructors battle:)
Still probing around the midfield, but I'd like us to get some points on the board.

Ferrari Lead in Barcelona
Unsurprisingly Michael Schumacher lead the way in a scorching Barcelona with the absence of the Williams team once again whilst Villenueve continued his recent run of good form to finish the session with the second quickest time, ahead of Kimi Raikkonen in third. Unfortunately none of the teams were able to make much progress in the brilliant conditions

Villenueve on his way to second place.

Sauber Statement

Hello and welcome all of you for gathering here today. We would like to say on behalf of Connor Steer, the owner of the Sauber F1 team, that he is selling the sauber team on to the highest bidder. He stated his reasons as "I have too much going on and so running sauber has taken a bit of a backseat, and you can't really do that with an f1 team. Some other owner will offer a much better level of commitement than me, so that is how it shall be. I will not rule out future f1 involvement, but for now, i will stop taking part". He went on to thank everyone involved in the running of the sport, and thanked everyone for the fun they had made it. The highest big will be accepted at the next available point.

Thank you and good night

Press officer for Connor Steer

(yeh i have too much going on to remain commited, so i am handing over the team to someone on the waiting list. Thanks its been good :), can you pm me when the team has been transferred so i know twigster? cheers)

Sad to hear it mate but I understand as I assume your dedicating more time to the GPGNC, running one of these sorts of series does takes up more time then you would think ;) I'll contact you once I find a replacement :)
