Inactivity is considered not posting for three weeks without a valid reason. If there are certain circumstances that are beyond your power that keep you away from the internet, warnings can be erased afterwards.

New developments in Racingstefan case

As we reported here, TN Racing and Alpha Motorsports are fighting over Racingstefans test driver services. Oh wait, they aren't. Their fight is as fake as a female porn stars orgasm.

Anyway, the rumour has it that Ed Greenhalgh has sold Streuer because the profit was lower than expected. This has made Dan Mills angry because he was satisfied with the profits. Now, you would think, if Greenhalgh sells his share to Mills, everythings solved. And this is where the problem is. Greenhalgh could sell Streuer for a lot more money to Reuters. And so he did. This leaves Mills with nothing.

Now Mills accuses Greenhalgh of breach of contract. He claims that there has been a contract that said that neither party could quit the operation without paying the other party 1,000,000 pounds. Mills hasn't recieved anything. Greenhalgh isn't going to pay anything, he said: 'I'd rather eat my own censored than I pay him'. That's clear.

Greenhalgh claims that there have been several sections with small letters. He knew that Mills forgot to take his glasses with him on the day the contract would be signed, so Greenhalgh added some sections that favoured him. Obviously, Mills couldn't read them without his glasses and he signed the contract.

When we asked Mills about it he said 'Now I know why he had that filthy smirk on his face. I'll let the judge decide whether his actions are legal or not.'

So there we have it. There's a courtcase coming up. How exciting! Now their fight actually is real! We can't wait for the mud flinging to begin.
