The error is written black on white : you have too many faces/vertices in a single scene.
To fix it, simply create a new scene and move some objects into this empty scene (I assume your hotel is the heaviest object so you might put it in its own scene).
Check the File\File Details window to know which scenes are in cause.

I've solved my problems "reinstalling" gp4builder: i can now make walls and export them to 3ds to use them as reference for creating landscape. But when i import 3ds into blender, make landscape and finally export again to 3ds, landscape is out of scale and out of position once imported in gp4builder.

I don't know about Blender , but In Max I solve this using Reset X-Form and / or zeroing the pivot to 0,0,0
Maybe there's an equivalent in Blender ? I think it's something to do with "apply scale and rotation".
Using the .obj format between Max and Blender seems to fix this as there is a scale option. I can't be too sure I only played with Blender, never used it in a project.

Edit: Use the OBJImporter from GuruWare maybe has a preset for Blender...If not you can make one.

This is a weird question but in GP4 builder you have that square, how many pixels (height x width) would fill that whole square with a texture?

You mean the 3d workspace ?...if so i think it's infinite.

I think he means this

To fill that square the object should be X2490 Y2490 Z0, position X0 Y0 Z0 with a 4631*4631 texture.

Hope I've understood your question well.

Is there a verge width limit? I'm using GP4Builder v1.406 and it seems I can't use more than 65535 as verge width value.

Ok, I'll then make all in Blender and then use the .gp4 to .col feature (I totally forgot there was one), hoping I can solve scale problems beetween the 2 softwares

Well, 2 questions then :
- Did you try to open an original track file (Monza for example) without texture or .dat ?
- Could you post the error message ? It could maybe help (not sure though).

i tried now to open an original gp4 dat file, and it works ok.
there isn't any error message from gp4builder when it crashes;it's a windows one who says that a problem doesn't allow the program to work

ok mate,you may not believe,but now it's working;)thx anyway:-)
