i enjoyed the race

well done fisi. i knew he could lead and win like that. just been waiting for the right car to show it

was a bit annoyed at JV for being typical JV and not letting cars past easily. but liked the move back on alonso! thats what i want to see. he gets stuck in

schuey well him and kimi were no-where. im sure they will come back strong. schuey always does

well done alonso. very good drive. and rubens. but fisi had it in the bag. he was driving a race exactly like MS does, fast when he needs to be but pacing himself elsewhere

GREAT onboard radio that we heard. enjoyed that very much

and mclaren - well hopefully we will do better next race. i think the pace is there as Ron said, but we may need to tweak a few things to properly unveil it.. still points is good and reliability is good

oh and RBR WOWOWOWOWOWOW! i never gave them a hope. i bet Ford bosses are rolling in their graves. they could have had that car. it looks a very car

all in all a good race. i liked the endurance aspect of it. bring on sepang!

In the race I watched, Kimi started from the pitlane, that means way BEHIND Rubens. Still ending up in the points only 5 seconds behind your team mate is not what I call a bad result - especially when you have to drive half of the race with only one barge board.

When the barge board came off, Kimi lost about 7 seconds in 2 laps compared to MS. If this hadn't happened, Kimi might have ended up ahead of JPM (lost 7 seconds, ended up 5 seconds behind, that means he could have been 2 seconds ahead).

REHAB IS FOR QUITTERS
Kimi set his fastest lap of the race AFTER he'd lost the bargeboard.
Vader if if if, the facts are what they are. If it didn't rain MS should have been on pole, ....

He stall he's engine: only good drivers do that!

I wonder if Jenson Button is going to make any big statements again?? Geez, he came out and said Webber was over-rated. Question : where were you all weekend Jenson??? Answer : well behind Webber..... stupid git Jenson! Keep your trap shut. Not wise to criticise others before you have really achieved anything.....

@ Bigbrother

Schumacher has stalled his engine, too in the past - so what?

My point is that you were wrong when you said Rubens started therace from further down the grid then Kimi. That's not an "if", that's a fact.

And don'tt ell me you have never used the word "if" to speculate about things yourself.

@ Bernie

He still lost 7 seconds when his bargeboard was hanging loosly form the side of his car BEFORE they removed it.

kimi still sucks, he was more in the grass again then on the track. He will never be a world champion, to ice man lol

Talk about boring.

Given the grid it should have been something alot more entertaining.Seeing the cars trundle around in formation reminded me of an overgrown F3000.Last year Montoya alone overtook more people than what was shown today.

Yes,the cars need slowing down, and this is only 1 race. But it doesn't look good acton-wise.
@Bigbrother
Kimi is one the best drivers out there so don't say he sucks and he was faster than Montoya(who was a big dissapointment to me) today compared how much further Kimi started the race.

What's wrong with you recently, Bigbrother?

REHAB IS FOR QUITTERS
I enjoyed the race! AMAZING stuff from DC, what a hero for that team! Dodgy move by MS, but let's not swell on it. Was really pissed at JV for being such a roadblock to those lapping him, you'd have to say he's not quite uop to 100% yet.

Roll on Malaysia!

no, jv isn't at full speed yet and since hes been back for near on 6 months i wonder how long saube wnat to wait for him to get there :|

kimi still sucks, he was more in the grass again then on the trac

its sad that the highlights they replay during the race is someone putting a wheel in the dust.

____
Tony

nothing vader i just say what my opinion is and he ain't a good driver. He has a good car but he can't do what he need to do like coulthard in his time with mclaren he failed too well raikkonen will be on the same way!

If he's under pressure then he screws up!

why do you think his car was damaged?

that was not a wheel in the dust and it happend not once but several times.

To say Kimi is not good driver is every bit as absurd as to say Schumacher always cheats. You don't become a vice champ in a one year old car (2003) if you are not a good driver.

What about Schumacher then? How often has he cracked under pressure? Does it mean he's not good, too?

Let's wait for Malaysia to (hopefully) see who's hot and who's not.

Oh one more thing, the pitstops looked ridiculous.

I mean do they really need 3 men per wheel to check the tyre?

Yes.

REHAB IS FOR QUITTERS
yes cause else teams will fire some pitcrew héhé
A fairly dull race, but a GREAT result... only why did Ferrari have to ruin a dream finish by sticking Rubens in 2nd place? lol

In all seriousnes though, Alonso and DC looked to be the only 2 drivers who were there to RACE, the rest just wanted a nice, leisurely drive on a Sunday afternoon.

Of course I'm delighted for Fisichella and Renault, I think they can keep that pace for at least most of the season. Red Bull though, not so sure they cna keep it up so it's a bit of a shame to see DC lose what could have been his only podium chance of 2005.

The Ferrari is worringly still quick. Renault and McLaren need to get more points in the bag before the F2005 is introduced to give them a decent chance this season. Just a final word on the MS/Heidfeld incident; MS's fault definitely, but I'll say nothing more on the matter.

he is just annoyed because schumi didnt have the pace and didnt finish
edit : this was about Vader post "what´s wrong with you"

my points about the race
Mclaren had the pace to be in front ...but to many misfortunes, I´m sure they will be in form for sepang .

Well done Renault , quite a blistering pace by both drivers.

Ferrari , they aren´t that fast but good pace combined with a good strategy can give many points. Schumi disappointed me tbh but the 8th place was for him.

Red-Bull... VERY NICE ! I wasnt expecting anything from them when Coulthard did the fastest at some point of the race I was surprised.. but will they keep a good speed through the season ? Jaguar was known to have a very fast car at beginning of the championship. Klien drove a good race too

Williams.. oh well webber could have got the podium if he wasnt overtoke by coulthard at start

Bar ... I got the impression 2004 was a unique season for them. JB still got a good lap time. I didnt like their retirement in last lap . bah

Sauber , oh well I wasnt expecting anything from them.

Toyota ... honestly , in the first 20 laps I was expecting to see them doing points ... but as ever trulli after 20 laps slowed down :S

Jordan ... nothing to say here, finishing 2 laps behind isnt that bad

Minardi lol! they were the most dangerous guys driving around there, Coulthard knows that

Overall good race with some disappointements and surprises. Bring on Sepang!
