A GPx Legend Returns - not the track - Addie!!! Lovely track, just had a quick blast to test. Thanks for this New Years Gift!!!by Dinga - Grand Prix 4
Just worked out how to upload it, so it's just waiting approval then you can all use and hopefully enjoyby Dinga - Grand Prix 3
Is totally useable - just a couple of gridcars not finished really, I don't mind critiques when I finally get it uploaded! The wheels look a bit big on some cars and other little niggles. Tbh, I'd completely forgotten about this, but demand appears to be still there, so up it goes!! I'm not as active with GP3/4 as I was, but pop in here every day or so for a look what's goingby Dinga - Grand Prix 3
I never really finished this - probably about 95% done, but I've packaged up what I've done and will be available once a new uploading account is made - My old one's long gone!!by Dinga - Grand Prix 3
As a long time GP3, GP3 2000, and GP4 user, this mod looks great and pools together some of the best of the current crop of GP3 editors around by the looks of it with some pretty cool innovations. Having made some stuff myself(part of which looks to have evolved in this mod - visors, pre race overlays), just goes to show how versatile GPxPatch still is. Continued..... 7. If you want to monitor your graphics card usage, temperatures etc, try this: 8. Just had a look at my profile, it's slightly different to yours, but my card is a lot older, it's a GF7950 running 197.45 Forceware drivers. I can post the differences if you want to try any. Hope these ideas give you something to work with. Kevby Dinga - Grand Prix 4
Hi Gildoorf Don't post too much here, but appreciate your work, so hopefully can offer you some help. Having just upgraded my graphics card recently, I ran into some different issues. I'm running on XP, with DX9, but DX11 should have compatability modes. 1. Forceware is nVidias brand of driver - there's a lot of variants(plus betas) out there, so they can cause issues 2. Can't be done with GP3, but GP3 2000 allows this!by Dinga - Grand Prix 3
Just thought I'd add my thanks to the list - an excellent piece of work, some of the animations were a nice surprise(won't spoil it for those who've not tried this yet). Many thanks again!!!!by Dinga - Grand Prix 4
Enjoy the break Paul - I know what you mean by sitting with a notepad having updated a couple of tracks myself, and nowhere near to the standard of your brilliant work. A massive thankyou for all the updates over the years, they'll be sorely missed. You've single handedly transformed GP3 2K into your own personal masterpiece. If you're ever in North Yorkshire, drop us a line and I&by Dinga - Grand Prix 3
Just found this: Didn't realise they had this stream, and plenty of close-ups of the Laguna bike!!by Dinga - Other Motorsports
Yamaha site's pretty good, massive pics when you download them - Tech3 have their own Flickr album - And the Official MotoGP site of course, although the pics are not as HiRes as the first two - These should get you started!!!by Dinga - Other Motorsports
Interesting idea, and you're on the right tracks with your ideas about the .tga, you just need to know how to make a separate mask for the alpha channel. Taking the idea one step further, it would be possible to use the gpxinfo code from Paul's wheel and just substitute the supplied wheel for a LM Proto one. I'm away from my own PC at mo, so can't do any editing for you. A reby Dinga - Grand Prix 3
@ ipswich2007 The skin is part of WindowBlinds - it's called 5imple. @ Elio Check your inbox. I've only sent a couple as I'd rather upload the whole lot for everyone once it's complete. @ QuickSlick Be patient - it's not finished yetby Dinga - Grand Prix 3
I've made some, with quite a few alternatives. Got Pacific gridcars to make then just waiting for the site to come back online properly, then I'll upload.by Dinga - Grand Prix 3
Thanks again for all these superb tracks Paul. If you're doing the '93 version of Donington, I have the majority(if not all) of the final qually session on a DVD(Converted from TV recorded VHS) which may help you. If you want a copy, just e-mail me your postal address and I'll run you a copy off. Was at MotoGP again this year and really can't see the circuit being ready for neby Dinga - Grand Prix 3
@ Racer#73 & Briere Just guessing, but I'm assuming you have an older nVidia card. They don't like the 768 pixel textures amongst other (non power 2) textures. A good way to see if you have this problem is to look in the pitlane and see if part of the mapping is just black. If so, it's a known bug. There is a way of fixing this, and Paul himself has included fixes in SOME trby Dinga - Grand Prix 3
Looks like the clue's in your last post - AA! Turn it off, GP3 and GP3 2K are not designed to run with anti aliasing. Also, the sound settings I mentioned a few posts back refer to the in game settings. Have you turned 3D sound off? Keep goingby Dinga - Grand Prix 3
Try turning 3D sound and EAX off, these hammer PO even in GP4. Also, some Antivirus software hates jam files, so make sure your AV software is disabled before running. Had a similar set-up a while back, and this is what helped me. Good luck!!!by Dinga - Grand Prix 3
Thanks for the offer Drafi, but managed to download it by stopping the web page before it had chance to switch to the 'page not found' page. It's strange though as every other link works perfectly.by Dinga - Grand Prix 3
Hi Drafi - I've tried the link again. The download page appears to load then immediately moves onto the 'page not found' page. Link is: . I'm using ie8, but will try another browser when I get home tomorrow(using my gf's laptop at the mo). Think it may be cookie or security related.by Dinga - Grand Prix 3
1. Jeez, are you guys never happy? We have EVERY single track from 1996 to Hungary 2009, cockpits, pitcrews, visors, and other odds and sods and still you want more!!! Just let Paul get on with what he wants to make without all these silly requests. Where does it end? Just sit back, be patient and Belini will keep surprising us with his fantastic work. So instead of this - how about a massive thaby Dinga - Grand Prix 3
Try the High Res Pack for starters, then DukePlus and some of the music packs. eDuke32 is constantly being upgraded and looks like a new renderer coming out too. You need the original disk to play the full lot, but the High Res Pack also works with the shareware version. Have fun!by Dinga - Other Games
Not 100% sure if it is malware/spyware related. One thing you could try is selective startup, ie run msconfig, select the startup tab and disable all un-needed startup progs. If you are unsure of which you can disable, look here: Be sure to read the descriptions as malware often tries to disguise itself as a valid system start-up item. Alternatively, disable all startup items, and enable tby Dinga - Off-Topic
Worth a shot. One of the few programs that gets rid of the dreaded XP AntiVirus 2008, which is a crappy bit of malware in itself. Just download the free version, run it, let it update and do a quick scan. Good luck!by Dinga - Off-Topic
The old 3D version still has a big following with the source code being made available to the public. Try to buy a disc from somewhere, because some of the Hi Res add-ons really drag this brilliant game up to date. Look here: andby Dinga - Other Games
