In racesims, for the 24 Hours of Le Mans and sports cars and touring cars, GTR2 is the way to go. Nearly every one of the cars that took part in the Le Mans races of 1997 through 2019 have been made for GTR2, and car sets for 1995 and 1996 are nearly completed. Additionally, considerable portions of the fields from the Le Mans 24 hours races from 1964 onwards have been made for GTR2. GTR2 ofby JackiMatra - Grand Prix 4
I am posting this in this forum with the hope that some people who earlier played Grand Prix 3 and then moved on to Grand Prix 4 might possibly have what I am looking for. It's been quite a few years since I've looked in on Grand Prix 3 or Grand Prix 4 Having done so recently, some years, computers, and hard drives later, I've discovered that I no longer seem to have a fair numby JackiMatra - Grand Prix 4
You've jump-started my recalcitrant memory cells. The carskins that I'm looking for were painted by Camillo Holquin. Starting in 2003, he painted every single F1 livery from the first race of the season through to the end, with every single minute change for every single race. I didn't download all of them when they were first uploaded, other than the 2003 ones, and when I wenby JackiMatra - Grand Prix 3
Beginning with the 2003 Formula One season, a car painter whose name I regrettably can not recall, painted splendid different carskins of F1 cars for every single race of the season. I have all of his carskins for the 2003 F1 season, but I do not have any of the ones that he painted from 2004 onwards. I am fairly certain that he painted all of the different liveries for every single F1 race froby JackiMatra - Grand Prix 3
It's been quite a few years since I've looked in on Grand Prix 3. Having done so recently, some years, computers, and hard drives later, I've discovered that I no longer seem to have a fair number of the sets of menu backgrounds that I assembled for GP3/GP3-2k. I am definitely missing the following sets: CART/CCWS 1996-1997, 2000-2005 Formula One 1959, 1968-1969, 1971-1972,by JackiMatra - Grand Prix 3

There's a mostly dark blue carskin and cockpit, identified as a #24 and #25 1977 Hesketh with Rizla and Penthouse adverts and a design resembling that in your photos, here: , in the "Backmarkers 1" download.by JackiMatra - Grand Prix 3

I have to go through my old CDs and DVDs. It'll take a little time. I'll let you know. Thanks for the offer.by JackiMatra - Grand Prix 3
Anyway, thanks to both of you. I've been away from GPx for quite a few years, (my last post here appears to have been eight years ago), having lost interest due to so few things being made for GP3 at the time, having a really difficult time obtaining GP3-2k in the U.S.A. and then never being able to get its carsets properly working, and just not being able to run GP4 very well on my rig oby JackiMatra - Grand Prix 3
It was my browser, Mozilla Firefox. From their website: "Firefox uses data from Google's "Safe Browsing" project to assess the reputation of websites and downloads. Every so often Google changes the data it supplies, for example, it may be flagging potentially unwanted programs in addition to actual malware. For the future, the developers are considering an option to overriby JackiMatra - Grand Prix 3
@Quickslick, Thank you, but ... "Blocked: May contain a virus or spyware" I've encountered this several times now with Windows 8.1. It's not clear to me what is blocking downloads. I'm not given the option of making an exception, and it doesn't appear to be my anti-malware software. Is it Windows 8.1?by JackiMatra - Grand Prix 3
Very nice set, thank you. Whatever happened to your 1998 CART carset? I seem to have lost it and it doesn't appear to be available anywhere. Would someone care to upload it here, or elsewhere?by JackiMatra - Grand Prix 3
According to numerous posts on several F1C forums and my own personal experience, no one has succeeded in getting FIC, or any of its mods to run under Windows7 for more than a very brief time before it crashes.by JackiMatra - Other Games

The download link for the 1999 package is dead. Could someone be good enough to re-upload it or e-mail it to me? My e-mail address is "wj.bohdani@verizon.net".by JackiMatra - Grand Prix 3
Greetings. It's been a number of years since I have visited here. As has been explained, hotlaps will not replay under WinXP. However, the addon GP3Video utility and the stock GP3-2k replay function both work just fine under WinXP. You can record up to two hours with GP3Video in GP3, or up to 90 minutes in GP3-2k.by JackiMatra - Grand Prix 3

The track grip in this file is huge. The default GP3 track grip for the original circuits, in the 16000s results in way too quick laptimes at ace level for almost all circuits. (Monza being an exception, if I recall correctly.) I have found that decreasing the track grip for most circuits by approximately 1000, to the 15000s, results in close to realistic laptimes, without causing any problby JackiMatra - Grand Prix 3
"but no cc regulary run off the track. A question to understand: are you using a different MD file?" Quite possibly. You may just have the AI glued to the track with a huge amount of grip.
