the guy said he likes a high dead-zone

The deadzone is the zone around the centre of the wheel (0 deg) where you can turn before the game sees input. The setting he has is extremely low sensitivity, so he has to put in almost double the lock.

I thought he's set it to 5%... so what does that mean? does that mean he can turn the wheel 5% with no input in game?

who ever is driving in that video is a complete noob, but they do make the damage model look quite the same as old f1 games. Still some cars sink into the ground before crashing also like on F1C.

Certainly the best ive ever seen,

Erm, not quite F1, but also about 300 years old... Carmageddon (certainly Carmageddon2)? Destruction Derby? Probably a hundred other games?

It's hardly what the game is about, but it's miles of the fluid damage model of games from decades ago. I'm not complaining -who's really buys a racing game (as opposed to a destruction driving game) for the damage model? - but surely you've seen those legendary games?

just a bit disappointed the way codemasters harp on about their crash model u think the could get the suspension to bend or something when it get hit rather than nothing

I feel good each time the people on Grid say 'Jacob'...and I'm glad this is back.

'Tiberius' though...I doubt it's gonna get too much use.
