Pretty interesting text for those who havent yet desided for wich console to buy this game.. Atleast if these things mentioned are true.

Its also believed that the 360 version of GTAIV was in development before the PS3 version.

Can confirm that one is definatly true. The PS3 version started late and finished late.

That is a screenshot from Rainbow Six Vegas though, a few reviews seem to be pointing out that the PS3 version of GTA has a few minor differences such as less pop-in (possibly due to the install) and more anti-aliasing.

woot, been playing it all night. stole a roflcopter from the airport (which gave me a wanted level of 6!), flew it around and eventually made it back to the safehouse. I could hear the cops outside the room for a while then all a sudden a team of swat burst into the room and put a few holes in niko where there shouldnt be any holes

any ideas on how to escape a wanted level of 6?

I just bought this for xbox360. I must say i am very dissapointed with the graphics, especially the annoying blur in the distance, and the pathetic framerate, it really jumps around and when your driving fast through the city its looks horrible, no great sense of speed like the burnout games etc. i also dont like the way the cars feel, might just be the xbox controller, but they feel floaty and turn like they dont weigh anything. the actual graphic look of the game reminds me of driver 3 on original xbox, i cant believe IGN gave this a perfect 10 out of 10!
So far id have to say most overrated game ever,
but ill still play it, when i get into all the missions im sure ill like it more.
as for the xbox 360 vs ps3 comparisons, its similar to the old ps2 vs xbox comparisons. ps2/3 tend to look and feels more like a console game, xbox looks and feels more like pc ported. but i havent seen this on ps3 yet.

is anyone else having multiplayer issues? when i was trying to join u guys i kept getting connection unavailabel (or something) and now my mate says hes getting teh same

Im happy with every aspect of this, first time in ages ive played a game so much. The place is so immersive. Running over Mark, Ian and Neil is also some of the best fun that can be had in life :D

I'm disappointed with this is the police. they really don't chase you as hard as they did in the previous games, which takes away some of the fun. The hand to hand fighting system also sucks, but its irrelevent once you have a gun, the shooting system is excellent.

Otherwise its a great game.
