Marc, which 360? The Arcade one? You should compare XBox 360 Elite with the 120gb PS3, though I don't know the 360 prices there.

I know I don't send back the hardrive or the controllers but do I need to include the power pack or the AV cable

Hi,

Think my disc drive on my Xbox is about to give in - typically just 1 week after the end of the warranty. I've had some disc read errors, and it's taking ages to recognise a disc sometimes when I put it in the drive (sometimes it's fine). On FIFA 10 the crowd sounds kept cutting out, as if there was a sound file missing. I installed it to the HDD and it runs fine - makes me think it was struggling to read the disc. Also had some odd freezes on other games.

Is it safe to use a lense cleaning disc in them? Also, how much does it cost to send it back to MS to replace the drive if it comes to it?

Go alesi the best thing to do if it is out of warrenty is to replace it your self as microsoft will rip you off. Ebay has loads of dvd drives for xbox 360 there only like £15-25 and easy to fit

Does anyone have MAG?

I played the demo but didn't like it too much, gonna wait for Battlefield

I'd pick up MAG if it cost $35 or less, it's not worth it for the content it has and the online only. I didn't like the Battlefield 2 demo... I just got the 2008 Prince of Persia for PS3 from my girlfriend, I have to say it's a mighty fine game! The Prince has some hilarious lines too, I definitely recommend it!

Oh god,just brought GOW3, Resident evil 5 gold edition(I dont know why the hell bought this?!? must been the case!) & heavy rain.

I was impress on GOW3 special effects but the camera is too zoom out sometimes and you can't really appriciate its graphics when the camera is always like that... not like uncharted 2. And about heavy rain.. a must have! really felt dramatic playing this game.. its like im having a connection with this game! so interactive drama! and for people planning to buy Re5 gold edtion with versus mode,2 new chapters and mercenarios reunion... sounds cool but doesnt reall worth alot... nothing has changed and infact you need to unlock those modes before you play them.

My mate bought GOW3 yesterday and completed it in a few hours, doesn't seem really worth it too me

For any 360 owners I'd recommend Mass Effect 2, certainly one of the best games I've ever played
