Number 3 jumps out at me. Nice textures both in the sky and on the ground. All good though.

The colors in the first one were quite unimpressive, so I cheated and changed it to black and white. :P The picture looks better that way.

I'm not a big fan of BW pictures either, but I have seen some very impressive ones though. I think if possible it probably takes even more skill to get a great BW picture than a normal coloured one.
