rubbish minichamps, first finish your button models and all other models instead of immediatly making the lewis models.
with the likelihood of either Button or Honda never winning a race again in the history of the universe being so high, the Button 1st Win model will no doubt sell very well too, it may even be sold out on pre-orders?

yeah i was gonna ask you about that. what was the parcel you were chasing a few months ago, when the woman at your old house wouldn't pass it on?
it's stupid how they could claim to have already sent it when no-one has ever seen the finished product (on ebay or google), meaning they didn't actually have it in their possession so can't have sent it to you!
i also have the 1:43 version pre-ordered from a few months ago.

We are writing to you about your order, which you placed with us some weeks ago.
As you may or may not be aware we have a 28-day despatch policy, although normally if goods are in stock they leave our warehouse within 24 or 48 hours. However, we have not been able to fulfil your order and it is possible that we may not be able to do so within the 28-day period.
We wanted you to know that we are actively chasing your goods. Your order is on our system and as soon as your product or products arrive with us, we will despatch them to you. We also email customers once the goods are despatched.
There is no need to chase us. Your order will not be missed. Our automated mail-order system is very simple. The moment we book your goods in to our warehouse, the computer will spew out your order. It won’t forget you or lose your details. We promise!
Of course, if you do want to check the status of your order or expected delivery times feel free to call our customer services line. It’s always nice to chat!
You should be aware that we are not the kind of company that simply sits around and waits for goods to arrive with us. If we don’t have something in stock, rest assured we’ll be doing our best to get hold of it, even if that means sourcing from other markets. But by and large, if we don’t have something in stock, nobody else will either.
We’re sorry about the delay. It worries us that, at times, customers might think that such problems say something about our efficiency or how much we care. This could not be further from the truth, I assure you. We also email customers every month with an update to let them know they haven’t been forgotten.

I was going to post exactly the same thing Paul! Yeah i got it too, for an order i placed on August 10th. but it's weird, I didn't expect Lewis' 1st Win models to be available till next year anyway, so there was no need to send this email.
However, I did expect the Button 1st Win model to be available by now... (but that's probably not GPL's fault if Minichamps haven't supplied the models yet)

I got a reply from Wonderland Models - they're investigating the 'Button Win Model' 1:18 Minichamps that they supposedly sent and invoiced me for, that didn't actually turn up.
I have a feeling they sent the regular 1:18 Minichamps, but that it also got lost. So wrong order, and also missing.
I wonder what they will do about it!
