Minichamps, obviously, but he said he'd like it in both scales, so i sent him a few ebay links with cheap buy it now options (£8, £9) for the 1:43 version.

erm approx. a little bit bigger than 1:18 scale. i believe 1:18 scale cars are approx. 25cm long, and i believe this car (on a4 paper) is about 30cm.

I have made a significant purchase - i dont buy many but this one is a beaut in the making. it is going to take over a week to arrive, but nonetheless its a 1:18 model nobody has posted!

having seen the new models coming out I think minichamps have lowered their standards.

On 5 cars I looked at they all had minor probs like the colour was not correct, paint bubbles thinks like that.

nice presentation and everything, but let down by a poor quality car and Kimi model.

they could have used a new figure, instead of re-using the Schumacher 2001 52 Wins model:



they take all the time and effort to make this display, then be lazy and use the old model. stupid ain't it?


and i wish they'd stop using that HotWheels logo on all their packaging, it makes the models look even more like toys than they already do.

yeh quility could be better, but its for 90 euros, here in holland they ask 140-180 euros so i couldnt resist it:P btw its my first hotwheels model, but i prefer minichamps:P
