Did you ever try to run a run after you've edited the f1graphics.cfg file? Instead of going to option ingame and look at the settings there?

GP4 is limited in it's standard options! So if you decide you wand 1900x1100 (just example) GP4 won't be able to cope with that size, therefor in the graphics menu it puts: 640x480
HOWEVER if you go into a race, WITHOUT editing it ingame you might notice you are indeed actually running on 1900x1100

I myself run in windowed mode on: 1735x1030 :D Completely outside the 'normal' resolutions

Boost Announcement

Applications for team and driver boosts for round 13, Oceanic Grand Prix, Phillip Island are now open. The closing date is 8pm BST Wednesday 16th May. For team boost please use the subject "Team Boost - (team's name) - Phillip Island". For drivers boost "Driver Boost - (driver's name) - Phillip Island". Boost Applications must be sent to the GPGSL.

NOTE: All future boost windows will close 2 days after the current main race has been posted.

@Charrel: No worries, you made a mistake and I had bad luck. Both are unavoidable sometimes.
@John M.: Yes, I modified that parameter too.
@Maikel: I run something to test as well as looking at the options menu.

But, the good news is that I won! I mean, by deactivating the Debug mode, the game starts at 640x480 but I'm able to configure it with no CTD. So I think I'm almost ready to begin RDing rounds, I just need to inform myself about how the sessions and the magic data work. Any advice is well recieved. Thanks to all the people who tried to help me!

Hoping the boost tables are posted well before the deadline, as I can't remember how many I have left!!!

You might've been annoyed but I have at least put a team together, and whether anyone wants to use it or not it is at least ready.
Yes I was also annoyed, so I decided to work on other things (as well as my further education) instead.

EDIT: I have seen the number of negative comments towards me since posting the pictures up, so if anyone else does it I will start reporting you all.

1. Show me these negative comments, I must have missed them.

2. Yes, you were annoyed by not having your team (and livery) in the GPGSL.

However, no-one has a divine right to just barge in and say "I'm putting my team in the GPGSL and there's nothing you can do about it" or something along those lines. We have 11 teams that have been here for some time, and if one of them leaves, we go to the waiting list. Which you're on (and I should be on, I remember putting my name down at the end of S7...ah well, I'll sort that out later). Also, if you were that interested in participating in the series, you could have stayed and been a driver, like most of the other people on the waiting list are (and most of whom aren't).

I'd go further into what I think about this, but I'm off out to a football match.

Thank you for your reply, however I wasn't trying to barge my way in (sorry if this is what you thought), I was just keen to get my livery used by someone, or failing that myself.

You have quoted two of the comments, there are several more which you can find using the search feature.

BTW this is S7, so you're probably on about S6. As for being a driver, I'm not sure which team/s I'd want to be part of, and I don't want to put my surname on anything for personal reasons.
