Kittlesons results are falling :(
It's only practise. I can come back in Quali.
French Grand Prix Qualifying

After the domination on Senninha Racing in yesterday's practise session everyone thought that pole was out of reach but was it?...

Guido Prins was first out and set astrong time to tkae 6th on the grid

Byron van het Bolscher showed that Yermo RBR had not found any more pace over night...

...much to Bernie Bolt's frustration

Paul Willins showed a more expected pace to get him into the top five

Ruben Greidanus then smashed the field going under one minute twenty

Turnbull then surprised everyone by going four-tenths off the pace he would finish 4th

Championship contendor, Ebbie Attard was well off the pace, he'll start 13th tomorrow

Next to him will be Josh Rayman!

Bobby Neil beat him but will be disappointed with 8th...

... as he was held up by Wrekenhorst

Luke Russell showed VDV had pace by setting the second fastest time so far, behind Greidanus

Dean Kittleson lost a lot of time passing Vivaldi-Sanchez

Pellatt improved massively on practise

Ricardo van Smirren waited until the end of the session before setting a greattime to take his first pole

Go Rico! :D Good effort Kittleson, but 12th still isn't good enough.
In Kittleson's defense, I'm sure he would have been much nearer the front had he not been stuck behind Vivaldi Sanchez until the final sector

Goddamnit. Why do I seem to be stuck in traffic when on a hotlap?

Well done Rico! Pole 1 for JJ Racing!
Well done!! Let's make that victory ours ;-)
Not again in the backfield ;';(

Second time i lose pole again, too bad, but 2nd place is still great and nice to have Luke as back up.

I cross my fingers for not to screw the start again.

Doh crap quali again :(
French Grand Prix

The weather is sunny for the start of the French Grand Prix from Magny Cours. Ricardo van Smirren will start from pole in the JJ Bud Racing car for the first time this season but will he be able to hold off competition from the two VDV Racing cars adn world championship leader, Turnbull?

The cars are lined up on the grid and when the lights go out we will be go!

Smirren has got off of the line well

Ruben Greidanus is pushing but can't get passed

There's a consertina effect as the cars break for the hairpin

The two Yermo RBR cras have collided! They're both out of the race!

Panker and Ovey will have to pit too

The french marshalls have cleared the debrees quickly

Kittleson's having a great first lap as he passes Wood and Buijs and the same time

Smirren leads after the first lap

The biggest winner is Vivaldi-Sanchez who gained for places thanks to the carnage
Will Wood and nick Ovey both lost two places at the start

Attard gets back passed Rayman

Wood passes Buijs for eleventh

Smirren is extending his lead over the rest of the field

Turnbull is first to pit along with McLeod, Kittleson, Bolt and Wrekenhorst

McLeod has lost a lot of time and positions in a bad stop

The leader comes in on lap 4 along with Vivaldi-Sanchez and Attard

Greidanus now assumes the lead to the disappointment of some of the team bosses in the stands

Smirren is out well ahead of Turnbull

Vivaldi-Sanchez will come out ahead of team mate McLeod

Greidanus pits!

Smirren gets passed despite traffic...

...ands puts a car between them

Russell now leads from Willins

...who pits

Bobby Neil is blocked by Prins

Russell's lead over Pellatt is shrinking, he needs to push

Buijs and Garceau both pit

Kittleson meanwhile is pushing hard to pass Wrekenhorst

Russell pits from the lead

Disaster! He's lost place to Turnbull

Willins can't quite get passed

Tom Pellatt now leads

Kittleson still cant find a way passed Wrekenhorst

There's a queue forming behind Turnbull

Pellatt, Prins and Wood pit from the lead

Pellatt rejoins in seventh, at the back of the queue

Prins has had a slow stop and has lost a place to Wood

Wood just makes it into ninth between the two SCRs

Bobby Neil takes fifth off of Willins

Smirren meanwhile is leading once again from Greidanus on the penultimate lap

Neil is now pushing Russell and Turnbull as they battle for the final podium place

Pellatt is also pushing for sixth but can't get through

Smirren takes his first win of the season! The JJ Bud Racing team have done a fantastic job!

2nd and 4th! Good job, VdvRacing is on the move.

And doesn't suck ;)
Hmmm, ok result for Kurt with 3rd and I am happy with how Will managed to gain back 3 places during the race :D

:D Wins for JJ in WGP & W300 now!
Fantastic result, for once no screw up with the start.

LOL about that 'VDV sucks' thingy in the stands.

Sonnuva......THATS THE SECOND BLOODY TIME. Caught in traffic in quali, then in the race! Sack Vivaldi-Sanchez and Wrenkenhorst for that!
Don't worry, Vivaldi-Sanchez won't have a job for much longer if he keeps driving slower than a drunk slug.
